Aura lounge could do with a touch up

We are regular visitor to the Seamill Hydro each year . The staff and hotel facilities excellent ,the view from our bedroom looking across to Arran and Alisa o Craig breath taking

At present can’t think of any thing bad about the hotel .

I love the decor. So relaxing. The breakfast is delightful. The location is good, if you can drive. Our bathroom was massive. Spotlessly clean. I will go back sometime.

The beds are solid, like cement solid. I am still in so much pain.

We loved the view the room

Felt the room could have been cleaner plus the seal on window was damaged and we were up most of the night with the wind whistling through. Also in breakfast there was egg shells which I did report as it put me off sadly.

Very spacious room with a view to the sea and Arran. Great view to wake up to. The grounds are nice, but we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool. Also nice walks along the coast, just what we needed for a short break

A lot of renovation works ongoing , but it is January so I suppose the best time for these to be done.

Rainhead shower was awful. Started as a trickle & got worse.'Accidentally' overcharged at bar. Twice !

The location is amazing, beautiful views over the Firth of Clyde to the islands. The food was excellent, every meal. The hotel, itself is beautiful, although part of it at the time of our visit was being refurbished and out of bounds ( the restaurant!).

The staff seemed a bit leaderless and not customer focused, more intent on what they were doing than making their guests feel like welcomed guests.

This was our first visit to Seamill Hydro.Can't wait to come back.The staff were exceptional.Food was amazing.Room was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of space.WeI also enjoyed the Spa and beautiful scenery with great access to a walk on the beach.Exelent hotel .

Room was just ok, basic. Banging doors with the wind all night and an uncomfortable mattress meant sleep quality was poor

Breakfast was very good. With a great selection & quality. We did not realize we had booked two single beds, This might have been our mistake. We found the beds very hard & the quilt covers very noisy,For dinner there was a good selection however only one starter arrived & the second came 6 minutes after we asked about it. This resulted in the first starter going cold, We where not offered the option to have it kept ward until both could be served together. The Orangery was closed for renovation works this was not advertised when we booked & had a negative impact on our stay. There was no signage to direct us to the temporary bar & we where not told at check in. It was only through other guests we learned of its whereabouts.

All the parts of the Hotel that where accessible where of a high standard & the location was very nice.

The quality and preperation of the food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. The pool and gym were very good, the gym machines were outstanding. Although our courtyard room was a little dissapointing, our daughter's family room in the main hotel was certainly really well appointed.

I was unaware the Orangery was closed for renovation until after I had booked the hotel and tried to book dinner for all of our party. The time taken to serve at dinner ran on a little. We booked a Courtyard room which was in dire need of a refresh. I had booked Seamill instead of other RAD hotels assuming the Spa would be top notch. It was a little dissapointing. Both in facilities and the range of treatments.

I loved everything: the spacious, clean, and warm room, the beautiful hotel interior, the relaxing pool, jacuzzi and sauna, a very tasty dinner at the the Aura Restaurant, a delicious breakfast, and a gorgeous beach view.

Nice and relaxed staff were amazing stayed 2 nights and me my partner and baby loved it.

Facilities pool sauna and steam room were used. The new gym looks great and more upgrade are planned

The main dining room is being refurbished so all meals are at the same restaurant which meant choice of time for table was limited. This would have been good to know in advance. Perhaps temporarily serve room in the bar in the evening to give great choice of dining while refurbishments take place.

The facilities are good, the new gym and fitness suites plus the pool enough to keep people active. Well worth a visit. Love the decor of the Aura restaurant

The staff in the Orangery well fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful.

I was not aware I had to book the salon for treatments before arrival so were limited to 30 min back massage which was not the best. The room would benefit from a small fridge. There were a few cobwebs hanging from the lampshades in restaurant.

We stayed overnight at Seamill Hydro as a surprise for my partner’s birthday and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The overall vibe was incredibly relaxing, right on the coastline, and I would give the stay a solid 10 out of 10.Before we even arrived, the staff went above and beyond. I had asked if anything could be done for her birthday and without any hesitation they decorated the room with balloons and banners, which was such a lovely touch. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade as a courtesy, which completely exceeded my expectations and made the surprise even more special.The food was absolutely incredible and a real highlight of the stay. A special mention has to go to Rachael, who was our waitress. Her customer service was excellent, friendly, attentive and genuinely made us feel welcome.Waking up to a sea view the next morning was amazing and really added to how special the stay felt for both of us. We also made use of the spa area, which was spotless, calm and very well looked after.Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable and professional. You really feel looked after from the moment you arrive.I would highly recommend Seamill Hydro to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially for a special occasion. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, not a single issue.

Everything about it was stunning from start to finish! Beautiful views great walks, great staff very friendly and warming! Lovely food and drinks! Cosy but spacious rooms. I am looking to get married soon and asked to see the wedding areas and I was honestly taken away with how incredibly priced and beautiful it was!
