Nice friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic location with ample parking on site which is a bonus. Walking distance to many restaurants etc. Room was clean and comfy..... second time I have been there now.

The piped music they play in the reception etc was super loud in our room and we originally thought it was from someone in the adjacent room or outside. Strangely wasn't loud in the corridor and only in the room which was annoying if you wanted a sleep in. Maybe it's only that room... who knows.

Nothing was a little bit surprised there was no restaurant but wasn’t a problem as there are plenty of lovely places to eat 2 minutes walk away

Sea view room was a little disappointing , small window which could only be seen side on from Bed .

Fantastic location close to restaurants and seaside amenities.Ample parking.Rooms upgraded and really well appointed.

No escalator.Difficult to get heavy suitcases up to rooms... which could be 2 flights of stairs depending on what room you are in.

Hotel was lovely, very modern

The room's sea view was out a small side window, disappointing. No heating came on in the room, it was cold. Also, the bed wasn't made up,had to contact reception to get the bed made up.

From the minute we arrived I cannot fault this lovely hotel,beautiful decor,immaculately clean and very nice staff,oh and the breakfast was lovely too!

Absolutely Nothing

First room given had a covering over window so couldn’t see out at all, paid for an upgrade, 2nd room window was lying open and was raining , couldn’t be fixed. 3rd room given, heating wasn’t put on, had a shower with no heating apparently the heating is put on at 8.40am. Apparently reception control the heating, sat for ages in room with coat on until heating was put on. Breakfast room was freezing too. Two of the 3 receptionist were very helpful the third one was very u helpful.

I requested a room on the first floor which was confirmed when I phoned the hotel after booking on Booking com. On arrival I was told I was now in a room on the second floor. It's unacceptable to treat your customers in that way. I requested the first floor as I had a knee issue and there are no lifts. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were hard. There is very little surface area in the bathroom to place items on. Breakfast was good but they need more staff, only one person to serve everyone.

Lovely location, clean and new comfortable rooms. The only drawback was that we were in room 102 above the bar and there was music playing the whole time we were there— slightly annoying. .

Perfect location. Spacious. Well maintained. Exceptionally clean. Wonderfully comfortable bed with crisp, clean bedlinen. Big fluffy towels. Amazing breakfasts - delicious, fresh, locally sourced food. Staff were friendly, polite and professional. Special mention to Ryan, aka Luke ?

No lift, though we were aware of this in advance. Heating - we were unable to control the heating - we had to request this at reception! Unacceptably loud volume of the awful music in the bar and restaurant area. Staff did turn this down on one occasion at our request. We did note that we were the only people in the bar on our last night and that was not surprising. We actually took our drinks to our room it was so bad

Lovely view from breakfast area, friendly and helpful reception staff. But we had paid for a sea view and got put in a room with a small oblique view of the sea (half the room was a locked cupboard). Cleaners didn’t show up until 2.30pm and then asked if we needed the room cleaned.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was adequate, location was brilliant so central to promenade, ferry and restaurants and shops

The hotel could have done with a lift as was on the top floor.Better selection of toiletries in bathroom Breakfast could have done with salmon and porridge on menu
