Beautifully presented and decorated. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely stunning!! The staff are so welcoming & couldn't do enough for us! We stayed in the Japan Room and actually felt like I was in Japan the decor is stunning & immaculate to say the least.. The restaurant is something else! Mesmerising Thank you for accommodating us we will definitely be back!! X

The only issue me and my girlfriend had was unfortunately the double bed was very uncomfortable and not very nice to be sleep on I’m sorry the mattress was very springy and low

Hotel had everything we wanted for our mini break after the new year. We travelled with our little dog and the hotel was so accommodating with her. There is even a dedicated doggy poop bin outside. Our dog was even allowed down to breakfast with us and in the restaurant for dinner - they even cooked her up sausages which she loved!The food at Lokky's restaurant was absolutely stunning - they had so many options for meals for me being gluten and dairy free. I even had to ask again if they were positive it was gluten and dairy free as it was so tasty.

Comfortable,clean hotel with impressive decor. Staff were efficient and friendly. We stayed in the chinese room which was on the 2nd floor,no lift,but this was not a problem. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant,the staff made a fuss of my husband as it was his birthday. Freshly cooked breakfast was excellent. We would recommend and look forward to staying again

Not a major issue but location is slightly outside sandersfoot but is accessible enough by car or a 30 min walk.

We enjoyed our family room. It was warm, but unfortunately the mattress wasn't great and the radiator kept making noises through the night. We understand some things can't be helped.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was well equipped. Parking was easy.V close to Saundersfoot Town and short drive to Tenby.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and warm when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size and was nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I had the first shower and could only get the water to be luke warm. My husbands shower was fine so maybe I needed to run the water for longer. I did run it for a long time though, so not sure what the problem was.

We have stayed here on more than one occasion. To me one of the best hotels in Wales. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff second to none. Decor beautiful, rooms comfortable and add to it a decent breakfast…….ooh la la!

This is a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend a stay here. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated with individual themes. They are very clean, comfortable and well equipped..... I've not stayed at a hotel who provided so much tea coffee and milk sachets in the room. The breakfast selection was excellent with an extensive choice including pancakes with fresh fruit, smoked salmon and the usual full cooked breakfast !!! The location is ideal as you are a few minutes from Saundersfoot and not far from Tenby.

Fantastic staff. Bedroom was gorgeous. Breakfast was superb. Hotel is so beautiful with lovely grounds.

The bathroom could do with an update. Great sized room but a bit tired and could do with it being a bit more in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

Very clean, rooms were lovely and warm. The hotel was quiet and ideal for our small dog.

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Imperial Dragon Hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant in the evening and were impressed with the pan-Asian food. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and service was efficient and friendly. A bonus was being able to charge our electric car. We hope to stay again soon.

Chosen for our 25th Wedding Anniversary it's a beautiful hotel and well justifies the scores. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and personal. The rooms are lovely with extra large, comfy beds and beautifully decorated, making you feel so relaxed. Our room was the 1st room next to the main corridor and breakfast room, we never heard a sound as they're so well soundproofed. The gardens are very well kept and even on a cold October evening, it was lovely to sit outside. The restaurant which served breakfast and evening meals was amazing. We ate here 4 out of 5 nights as the menu was so varied and delicious. There is also a sister restaurant about 3 minutes away, serving Chinese food again delicious and Cafe 25 in Tenby, which again is worth a visit with a fantastic lunch menu and staff. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional, they really do ensure you have the best of stays.

Nothing to dislike

The reception staff are wonderful. Angela went to great lengths to make us feel welcome and get us oriented.

It's not so much a "didn't like" but the faux Japanese theme feels contrived. A bit like Gourmet Night at Fawlty Towers. A lot of "things" has been put into the room to make it feel exotic but it lacks finesse and practicality. The bed in a box surrounded by a low step - while looking Japanese ISH, is a toe stubbing trip hazard that adds a sense of unnecessary danger to any nocturnal pee break. The step also makes getting in or out of the bed awkward. And the width of the step makes the bedside light and tables inaccessible from an in bed position - simply too far away.. The supplied tea is dreadful and the coffee is pretty lame too. For this price point, I would've expected some toiletries not just the industrial bottles of hand wash and shampoo. We also found the location not really convenient and there isn't much within a reasonable walking distance.
