Basic hotel but great price

Breakfast options for kids was great. However the noise level in the evening was very high, both inside and outside the hotel until very late.

The car park was very full and we had to move our car in order to avoid parking away from the hotel. The noise from the DJ/bar downstairs was very loud until very late. Plus there was noise and chatting outside until late too.

Lovely room and good food and friendly staff

It was comfy and warm, bedding and towels nice and clean

Stains on the bathroom floor, could do with a bit of decorating, the heater in the room worked but was rusty and didn't look nice

Staff are always great, and its value for money. The breakfast and food generally is great.

Th last time I stayed the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. This time although I opted for a more expensive room, bed was awful, the carpet in the room was stained and the bathroom was tiny. Last time I was amazed the rooms were so cheap, had this been my first visit I would definitely not go back to stay and would say you get what you pay for.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was good value for money

The only downside was the heater in the room made a clicking noise all night which we couldn't stop.

Comfortable bed and pillows,housekeeping team very efficient and friendly, always accommodating. Food was delicious.

Lack of storage space,especially in the bathroom. Would have appreciated shelving. Hanging space in the room was lacking as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff; great value for money plus very convenient location with free parking on site. Only a 5 min walk from town centre.

Needs updating but for the money it’s great value

The room was very cold initially as they had forgotten to put the heater on before we arrived, but when we asked they brought an extra heater in and we were soon warm and cosy. Everything was spotlessly clean. The twin beds were comfortable and warm. Good coffee making facility, fabulous shower and plenty of free parking. Although we entered through a noisy pub our room was quiet and secure. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all very good value for money.

A small shelf in the shower room would have been helpful for our spongebag etc.

Breakfast for the money was OK except it was all deep fried.

The fan in the bathroom was VERY noisy & they could do with a shelf or shelves in the bathroom as nowhere except the floor to put you stuff.

A really well run establishment. Very friendly and helpful staff helping to create a consistently nice atmosphere. All areas kept clean. Comfortable rooms. Food is excellent. I would absolutely stay again and will recommend it to others.

Just a bugbare of mine. Id like to see at least one shelf in the bathroom for various toiletries etc to keep the sink free of same. A towel rail or two would also be a very welcome addition.

Food was lovely. Most of the staff really nice. Except one man with a beard liked to be heard.. Room was basic , clean. No hairdryer and no bin for teabags etc, had to use the one in the bathroom. Overall very good value for money

Got told to go to our rooms at the end of the night, like naughty children!
