- The price was a help. Comfortable bed white clean bedding.
- familiar and very good price

Cons -
- Having breakfast in the corridor. The building is run down .
- Bathroom is very 'tired' with several chips out of the enamel in the bath. It was not the cleanest of rooms but adequate for the price. Its a shame that the clientelle were selfish enough to park in the disabled bays without the approprisate blue badge. It made my stay, as a blue badge holder, less satiafactory.
- Shower was poor, manual mixer taps do not allow decent control of water temperature.

Lovely staff and great location.
The building could do with a refit and more parking would be nice (although you can easily park on the grass when it is busy).
I arrived Late. The reception person was assured, informed and personable.I am new to the area, and was immediately put at ease.It n the morning, again staff were professional, supportive and gentle to interact with.It made me feel better about the day ahead.
Nothing. All staff went above and beyond.
Breakfast was very basic.
The rooms needed more deeper cleaning, they smelt damp and musky
Breakfast was okay, no room at the tables so had t sit on the seatee by the door
The bedroom was not clean, the mattress should have been changed as it was worn.
The location and view, which Is not really related to the hotel.
We arrived and the staff were extremely rude. The people staying there were strange.Breakfast was offered but it was entirely just a toaster and some bread. The room was dirty and the shower only ran freezing cold water.
The petrol station next door was the only good thing!
Taps and shower only ran freezing cold water and the shower head was severely rusted so could not wash hair before the wedding I was attending. Room was not clean including wrappers under the bed, and a pair of dirty socks left with the spare bedding above the wardrobe!!!Breakfast facilities were poor, cereal with no allergy or HACCP information on, and toast.Room booked was promised to have a king size bed(not true) and a sofa bed (no sofa at all included in my room just a desk chair), so I overpaid for less accommodations. Bed was very firm and was fitted with only a single flat pillow.
The location and parking. Clean towels and bed
It could do with sound proofing the first floor was distributing as you can hear people walking and talking.
Price and location top Rutland Water for a sailing competition
Run down and in need of refit.
Cleanliness Staff friendly ness.
Mattress was in a bad way. Kept sinking to middle My husband has a bad back and this made it worse. The room next door was noisy at unacceptable hours
Very poor accommodation
People smoking at the entrance. Blue Badge parking spaces taken by drivers without blue badges. Ground floor corridor stank! Chair in room stained. The room was supposedly accessible but the only chair was too heavy to move to the mirror. I had been assured that there was a level access shower, there wasn't. I managed to get into the bath with assistance, but it felt so dangerous that I didn't even attempt to shower on the second day.Overall the place felt grubby and uncared for. We wouldn't stay again.
Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff were welcoming. There's a basic breakfast available, cereal, pastries etc which is in with the price so no complaints.
Rooms a little tired and not as spotless as could be, although did not ruin our stay.
Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean. facilities basic but all worked correctly.Staff were attentive and very helpful.Parking was nice and close to front entrance
The bed was large but very "dipped" in the middle meaning even though comfortable, we both rolled to the centre of the dip, into each other making for a restless 2 nights sleep.
bed was comfortable . staff very good
No signal on TV for a lot of the evening . only worked on one channel. No signal on TV for the whole morning.
Very good value. Clean. Breakfast was a welcome surprise. This is a nice, simple place to stay for a night or two, similar to other larger chain hotels, but just a little bit better.
Very quiet, clean, great staff. Very comfortable bed and a lovely continental breakfast. Can't ask for more. Will stay there again.
Nothing to dislike. All good.
Breakfast perfect for what we needed. Limited space but we were aware of this and it didn't cause us a problem.Friendly and helpful staff on reception
Bathroom door stuck and my daughter couldn't get out, I had to push it open
Fine for the price
Said there was a settee in room but not- would have been nice to sit on to watch TV.
