Pros +
- The location was fantastic, less than a minute to a beach. The friendly team are clearly working hard to bring this fantastic venue up to a high standard and the sea views from the eating areas are superb.
- Property is in a lovey location
- Lovely clean room. Obviously recently refurbished. Well decorated, sea views. Clean bathroom, well equipped.
Cons -
- The web description didn't mention the bar/breakfast facilities
- Our room overlooked a court yard that had some kind of generator, constant humming all night which kept us both awake
- No milk, one tea bag. No ability to get breakfast there, in fact no staff to be seen on checkout it was like a ghost town. Carpet lifting on the stairs was a bit dangerous. We left key on the side. Not what you expect for £200 a night

Due to refurbishment at the hotel heating in the room was not what it should have been. I was not told when I checked in how to get in after hours. Would stay there again but only after the refurbishments have been completed.
The room was large and comfortable.
