Didn't stay very disappointed

Felt unsafe as single female and didn't stay it was dirty

Breakfast wasn't included so we didn't expect it! Location was perfect for us as it was near the town but not too noisy. Parking was very convenient.

Secluded and peaceful location Amazing value for money Lovely hosts and excellent restaurant can't recommend enough.... food was superb!

This was a budget room. Therefore for the money I thought it was good. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Carpet in hallways appeared stained and worn.

The bed in the couple room was nice.They have a nice restaurant for dinner.

Hangers for clothing, room reasonable size. Room was at the back so coming from London the noise from A19 was minimal compared to where I live. Staff were friendly.

The hairdryer didn't work. Could have gone with glass for water.Only kitchenette facility was microwave next to printer in the hallway.

Lovely and clean. Staff very helpful. Very good price. Food downstairs in the restaurant is lovely.

Great location, great price, comfortable room and well equipped bathroom.

The mattress was a little lumpy but still great value for money

More than adequate for our needs plus on site restaurant to which we availed ourselves too. The meals were excellent and more than ample.

Unfortunately the residents in the adjacent bedroom seemed to be having a domestic dispute and there was constant slamming of doors between 10pm and 3pm. I can only assume that they vacated the premises through the night as there was no further noise and they weren't there early morning. This incident spoilt our nights sleep and marred our stay.

Bad

The place was quite run down and the stairs and landing were pretty filthy and really smelly, the room itself was clean but the whole place is in need of a deep clean as it has a horrible odour throughout.

Big family room.2 x double plus single bed. Kettle and big tv free parking. Went for meal at the restaurant and food was gorgeous and staff lovely and kind.

Bath abit small and one of the mattresses bit lumpy that's all nothing else but to be honest did not ruin the stay. Had a lovely visit

The price was very cheap so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. The free parking was great.

Room number 9 has a boiler inside a cuboard in the room, it was ridiculously loud all night and we did not sleep. If you get this room ask to be moved or just do not stay here. The room itself wasn't very clean with dirty old sweets on the floor. The hallways are cluttered and dirty carpets. The room itself smells musty, the hallways smell of curry and outside smells of sewers. The beds are not comfortable
