I stayed in room 211 and my room door was open when i came back at at 17.30.

Food was great room was lovely

Liked it all there was a lack of staff in the morning

The room was lovely. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Super clean.

Breakfast was really good.We had the choice out of croissants, bread, toast... Coffee, tea, juice were also unlimited.In case you would like to have English breakfast there are multiple options but we haven't chosen any.We travelled to London city center by public transport, easy and in short distance from the hotel. No excuse to drive and pay for the crazy parking places...

Nothing to mention here at all.We do need to ask for replacement of the coffee machine but that was immediately fixed so great service from the staff.

I have stayed here many times before and it is ok?

Although I booked a shower only I didn’t expect one over the bath and with bad knees is was not good!Parking was awful as those coming to the place to drink took up all the spaces! Consequently we had to park outside!!

The best part was the breakfast- absolutely wonderful. The cuisine is exceptional and unique. The beautiful design of the entire hotel creates a special, memorable atmosphere.

The room provides complete comfort, and the beds are very comfortable, but some of the infrastructure feels outdated.

Quiet comfortable room

No small fridge in room

Room was good.

Had to send the evening meal back as it tasted bad.The breakfast was ok but the bacon was virtually see through and not good quality.Scrambled eggs were sloppy with no substance.

Great food, great breakfast, lovely hosting and very kind staff. We enjoyed resting in the hotel very much. The room was comfortable and clean, everyone very helpful. If we visit London again in the future I will definately consider a revisit to Duke’s Head.

Stay overall was good. Location not great for traffic but nothing can be done about that.Room comfortable although a bit warm.Nice breakfast.Only gripe was reception on arrival where it took a while to go and find somebody to be able to check in.

I asked for the same room I had last stay and this was arranged which was great. When you are on a long touring trip having a familiar, comfortable place to sleep is really important. The breakfast is superb. Staff are pleasant and efficient. The bed is super comfy and the room surprisingly quiet. I will be back.

Couldn't work out how to turn on the heated towel rail but this is probably my stupidity.

I asked for the same room as last year as I really liked it. They kindly arranged this for both of my stays this trip. Excellent breakfast. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Chic room, great breakfast, perfect location. Staff were all friendly and professional.

Staff was very polite and breakfast options were very appreciated. The room was very good as well.

Staff availability was low. We had to wait a few minutes until someone attended to us at reception when we arrived. It's fair to mention that we arrived early evening.
