    • The etiquette of the staff.
    • This place is my go to place to stay when I'm in London. From the reception staff to the large room size it ticks all the boxes. Bed comfortable, large bathroom, and excellent facilities such as the washing machine/dryer. Transport and shopping are only a short walk away.
    • I've stayed at this hotel in the past and will keep coming back. Great location, good facilities, large comfortable bed with large bathroom. I arrived early and met by wonderful reception staff "Clarence". Very professional, explained everything well and booked us in next to no time. I like idea of being able to cook your food when you get tired of takeaways.

    Cons -

    • The only issue I had this time was staff at reception. There was one who had no customer skill.
    • There is nothing I negative I can say about this hotel
    • I got ignored. I sent a message through wats app explaining my tv dont work i found dirty clothes in the cabinrts i even took a video and whoever has the hotel phone just resd it n ignored me. Also the table was crack n partd of it chipping off. If they would have responded i wou

The hotel is situated right next to the Sutton London trainstation, with a direct connection to London Victoria Station from where you can basically go anywhere in the center via Underground services. The hotel itsself is spaceous, with a breakfast / lunch / dinner lobby on the first floor that includes a small bar. Reception is available 24/7 for questions. Staff is mostly young (and thus somewhat uninterested as we all were at that age) but overall helpful and gets the job done. The room (I was in 809) was spaceous enough, with a queen bed. I'm 6'3" and I had to lay in it horizontally for most of the trip, so tall people may want to take this into account. The room had a TV (I didn't use it) and a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooking unit and a washer / dryer. Bathroom is simple, shower only, but does the job. Large mirror there, and well lit. There are bus stops near the hotel, and High Street is just around the corner and provides you with a large selection of bars, pubs, stores and two small malls. As in most of Europe, nail salons and phone shops are taking over in most of the area, but there are still some fun shops. For shopping you will want to travel to London mostly anyway. You can do that by using the Southern Train service that goes to and from London quite a few times every hour. Will take you about 35 to 40 minutes usually. I used that time to do research regarding where I wanted to go and what underground train to take so in that sense it wasn't too bad.

There was a draft in the room. I thought it was the airconditioning, which I was unable to turn off. I contacted staff and they were helpful and had the maintanance guy look at it who promptly fixed the airconditioning. However on day three of my stay I found it was actually the little air vent in the middle of the room that was causing the draft. I get a cold quite easily from such drafts, so that was not ideal but I guess with a large building like that there's always going to be little things like this and the rest of the room made up for it.Something to keep in mind is that the big mirror in the bathroom is heated to prevent condensation. This works wonders, but since the bathroom is small it heats up pretty fast in there, and as a result of that leaving the door open will heat up your room pretty fast. On the other hand, it was always nice and comfy in the bathroom, never cold. You just have to remember to close the door.Overall this hotel was way better than I expected.

Location safe and secure, close to markets, train stationKitchen staff was supportive.

Stayed three days, specially booked this aparthotel for the kitchen facilities due to dietary foods.Kitchen hob was not working, no action for two days, on third day they managed to fix it.No power for one whole day, no backup power provided, no wifi, no emergency lights.Worst stay ever.Very Bad Smell was coming from washroom, not cleaned clogged.AC vents are not working,Washroom Vent not working No maintenance staff. No cleaning service, available weekly.

The location is fantastic! The front reception team is good.

Overall I’d say there was an inconsistency in what was being offered. In the reception experience, breakfast experience, housekeeping experience etc.

Great choice for extended business trip. Clean and secure. Excellent Sound-proofing.

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Ironing amenities was broken. A bit over-priced for its location in Sutton, far outside London. I found similar options for better prices in the heart of London.

Easy to find and very well situated for trains and shops etc.

Car parking is not easy on site unless you have a small car ( which i don't) car spaces are very tight and there is also not many. I parked at the train station a short walk away

    Location suited me

Green fire light on ceiling above bed. Room bathed in green light throughout the night which significantly advesly impacted my sleep. Won't stay here again

The cleanliness of the apartment and all the facilities including. I also love the location because it is near the train station which allowed me to get central London easily.

It’s not possible to connect the TVs to my Netflix and YouTube accounts. Since it is an apartment I wanted to feel at home to get access to my favorite movies.

Good location, easy to find and great facilities

There’s a green emergency light in the room that is so bright it keeps you up all night. The air con is also extremely noisy

The location is perfect for commuters, 3 mins walk to the train station. The studio is spacious and it has all the amenities you need, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron etc.

The cleaning is non existent, if you really want your studio cleaned after 2,3,4 days of staying, you will have to pay a cleaning charge. There's no clear communication about how you can request for a fresh set of towels or bedding.Other than that, all good ?

    8BhofalPosted on: 11-2-2024

The location was great and strategic. I could access the shopping center by foot. Every important area was easy to connect.

Telephones are needed in the various apartments.

Has kitchenette with fridge and combination oven which is good as I always travel with fresh milk and actimels/kefir for breakfast. Dog allowed which is great. Had washing up liquid and things to wash up. All clean and spacious.

Not many parking spaces , so was a bit stressful when got there and none free. Drove around the town twice looking for somewhere else without any luck and when came back to hotel a space had opened up, phew! It is a bit more expensive than other hotels in town so don’t always stay there due to parking.

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It was quiet which meant that I slept well. Breakfast was good.

The sockets in the bedroom area, the heated towel rail and the TV didn’t work. I had no idea how the oven (or was it a microwave?) worked - I could have done with a manual.
