Property is really good. Hotel staff was really cooperative specially Jason, Rehan, and Abrar.

I didn't stay at the hotel as there was an issue with the booking, they said they hadn't received it from Booking.com I emailed the details to reception and waited. Ended up cancelling and staying at the Moxy Hotel down the road. A couple of weeks later i received a parking fine from this hotel, despite contacting the hotel a number of times I am still being charged for the parking Fine!!!

The location is good and the room itself was okay.

When I checked in they had me a room with two single beds when I booked it with a double bed. Told them and they gave me a room with a double den but once I got in none of the lights were working so I had to go all the way back downstairs to let them now and then they sorted it out.

I was so pleased from the very start when FELANIE, The receptionist smiled at me first and literally guided me throughout. I was nervous cos I had to prepare for my fiancé vals welcoming from South Korea and she helped a lot. JASON also saw me off beautifully. Straight 10 for both staff and accommodation as well. I'll be there again and soon. Love you P.G.H.

Property is a great location, staff are brilliant, hotel is very clean and breakfast is great.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is parking.

will never stay here again

- Twice someone barged into the room, room service for my towels and housekeeping for cleaning.- I literally had to call reception and ask for a Do not disturb tag on the door. - WiFi was down half day on one of the days- Do not disturb doesn't work- breakfast name wasn't there- couldn't sit at desk as the chair wouldn't fit.- couldn't change rooms as the hotel was busy

Friendly staff, clean Hotel and room. Parking available and good location

A Coffee machine would be better for the Breakfast that was included, in the dining room. The Window was cracked in our Room on arrival, which needed replacing ideally.

Rooms were dated, had to get on my hands and knees to get to the plug sockets, air con wasn’t working. I read reviews that the breakfast was amazing but it wasn’t.

Second room was okOne member of staff was not helpful at all

The first room was filthy and I asked staff for another room which was a bit better. The lounge area was also horrible.

The lifts made it easy to get around inside the building and the beds were comfortable. Fairly decent breakfast as well.

The rooms are all without opening windows so I struggled a little with that but it was bearable.

The doors even when locked open from inside, which is not safe for children. They can come out and wander off

The room was tidy and quiet. The bathroom was clean, well lit and had both cold and hot water. The staff at the front desk was welcoming.

The room lacked phone charging ports and there were no flat pin compatible plugs, which is commonly found across all the places I have traveled in South America, South East Asia and elsewhere thus far.
