Air conditioner did not seem to work

My flight was cancelled, and the availability of a public computer helped me sort things out. The woman on the desk was also very helpful.

I had the linguine one night. I found the sauce almost tasteless and the pasta overcooked.

Everything, I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and because of its location I decided to try it again. Everything about this hotel was 5 star, the staff were so friendly, hotel was very clean. Even down to the taxi driver they booked for the airportðŸ

its location being near a metro station , but the neighborhood is a bit dark at night and doesnt seem safe

it took them a really long time to check me in. and they wanted checkout to be early at 11

Dirty carpet, lopsided bed, stinky room-- and not exactly cheap (US $86 'discount price'). Stay somewhere better for the same price!

Staff and location. Food was good too.

I was in a room at the end of the corridor (222 I think) and it was a bit cold. I had an extra blanket delivered for my second night. Very cold bathroom.

Location to tube station. This should have been emphasized as we took the tube to Heathrow and back and forth to downtown London. We spent 35 GBP for a taxi from Heathrow and it would have only been a few pounds by tube

The carpet looked like it was worn out and was a major detractor. Otherwise it was great.

Location - close to Heathrow - just an 18 pound cab ride away but without the airport noise present at hotels closer to the airport. Lots of shopping available within a couple of blocks.

Had a room on the front of the building which was right on a very busy street-lots of traffic and people noise all night. The AC fan helped drown out some of the noise. Not the best part of town-i.e. I would not go out alone after dark.

Good restaurant. Location close to train, underground and high St.

The carpet was really bad. Needs to be changed asap. Also the room was very hot.

Close to Heathrow airport and close to the Picadilly tube line.

Arrived late (1030pm) after the bar was closed so there was nothing to eat. Did not feel comfortable going out as a lone female to find a restaurant when there were people standing around drinking near the restaurants.

Close to underground.

Shower needs full door, water gets all over the floor. Also, they had mold and it was very noisy and the fan did not work so it was always hot.

Proximity to train stations and the airport. Good staff and cleanliness.
