The Continental Hotel and Spa, Heathrow

The shower was nice.

The hotel was not as it was written in the description. The rooms were under renovation, there was no minibar, it was cramped, half the light didn't work. And at 10pm the fire alarms when off with no reason.

The staff was nice

For a 4 star hotel I was expecting more. The elevator was tiny, the carpet leading to the rooms seemed like they hadn?t been cleaned in years, my room curtain was dirty with a brown water stain, a iron burn in the carpet & I found eyelashes on the floor

The pool and jaccuzi is good enough. However the lights in the pool area is very poorly done, the LED lights were hanging off and looked very unprofessional.

The entire hotel had a very unpleasant smell and I believe it’s the smell from the Indian restaurant. The hotel is very very outdated and the car park area looked very dirty also. Room service was also rubbish, they took over 2 hours to bring us pillows and didn’t want to bring us water when we asked.

The facilities, the pool and jacuzzi and the spa.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, couldn’t sleep properly. The pillows are too fat.

The fact that although there were two of us there, they had only setup a single set of towels

Disappointed of cleaness and level...

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest, the smell of chlorine from pool was terrible, it was smelling even in corridors of building,but the worst was in pool, and it was not possible to stay long, it was in such level that is even hard to breathe and eyes starts to be very itchy and red, ventilation vas very poor, I would even say no proper ventilation at all, it was something like an exit door open for “air to come” to ventilate, me and my partner just stayed there around and hour, even we are a fans of spas, but not in such conditions, this kind of spa wasn’t joyful and definitely needs to be taken into consideration as it even harmful for the health in such level of chemicals to be used

Worth the money an id recommend staff are polite and very helpful you can use the facilities when ever you like an enjoy an relax you will not be disappointed

nothing never again even for free whole hotel is smelly small rooms no windows when we came to room its smell like somebody was on toilet dirty rooms in the restaurant there was dirty and dirty forks we have hotel for 2 night but next morning we leave

This is my go to hotel when I’m working at the office and it never disappoints. The staff can’t do enough for you, the rooms are comfortable, clean and you get to use the gym/pool facilities. Highly recommend.

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. People walking back into their rooms. Early in the morning there was a lot of noise and banging.

The facility is nice, clean, and comfortable.

They don’t have a smart TV. Instead, they have an old TV that doesn’t offer any functionality. You can’t connect external devices like consoles or laptops to it. There are no streaming apps available on the TV, so you’re limited to watching a few basic channels. I suggest you bring your device to play with, or it’ll be a boring time in the room.

The location was good and easy to find.

The staffs are very caring. Security is paramount and this is important for a solo female traveller. Manager goes above and beyond to make client feels valued.

A meeting room/ a quiet space in case of a meeting given no visitors allowed in the room.

Gym and Spa

Cleanliness of room, and some aspects seem a bit half finished in there, plug sockets not working etc.

A comfortable and functional hotel with friendly staff. It was a great help to us when our flight was cancelled

Hotel is quite nice. It's well-appointed with decent fixtures in bathroom and throughout the room.

The smell of food from the restaurant downstairs. It destroys everything that is good about this hotel. The smell permeates throughout the hotel especially in the evening. The smell gets into clothes.

Fridge, bed, friendliness of staff.

Corridors smelt like Ammonia
