It was large and had high quality doors for soundproofing and a nice kitchen, and bathroom fixtures.

It felt cold and not homey. If they could add a ring or two and maybe a few pictures, and a few small tables or something that would make it feel like home.

Location was just right for us, in the middle of Palmers Green, accessible to shops and parks, but also quiet location behind shops, not on main road. Private car park was very good, accessed through secure gate with key fob. We were met by staff as we arrived, friendly and helpful. Spacious apartment, two double bedrooms, good value at peak holiday time.

Not enough glasses, a random selection of odd ones. We bought 3 glasses at local supermarket and left in the apartment. Also no ice cube tray (again we bought one). Temperature was set too high, but we adjusted it OK on the thermostat/radiators.

Tv didn't work I was sat without a tv for 3 days they bed wasn't a double bed it was 2 single places together no mop or brush

The location for our needs was great as was the secure parking. Lawrence who met us on arrival was very nice and helpful. The flat was very clean.

Avoid flat 11.There is a leak coming in to the main bedroom from a flat roof which woke us up when it rained overnight. Fortunately we hadn't left anything of value on the bedside table otherwise they would have been ruinedThis flat shouldnt be rented out until this is fixed..The kitchen was very under equipped for self catering. No baking trays, only one oven shelf, lack of crockery. A lot of things were broken. . A shelf in the wardrobe, blinds on the windows that we couldnt rise, missing light bulbs in lights

Car park off road, easy access, most facilities good

No tea towels, small double bed against wall made access difficult, no bedside tables or lamps and sockets difficult to access behind bed head

Felt a touch tired, curtains held by velcro, some furniture like that TV stand held up with polystyrene and some utensils etc needed replacements.

Great location just off high street and very close to a supermarket and train station.Trip into central London took about 30 mins. Apartment was clean and well equippedStaff we spoke to were very helpful and the check in and out process was very straightforward.Plenty of parking and a huge public carpark directly behind if you arrive early or want to stay in the area after checking out.

No major issues, just a couple of minor niggles. We visited in summer and found the flat to be very warm, even with windows open and fans on. The only window in the main bedroom is the patio window out onto the balcony. The bedroom became far too warm overnight which meant opening the patio window which didn't feel very secure overnight. Not enough pillows and towels supplied.

Drilling noise at 7.30 and 8.00 AM (on two occasions).Lack of hangers & shelves in bathrooms.

The apartment was spacious and clean.

The location although convenient for food such as McDonald's and grocery / supermarkets, it was quite far to travel to see main landmarks of London. Hopping on and off the Tube with a pushchair at Wood Green station without lifts was cumbersome and on evenings when it was late and we were tired, we chose to take a taxi which would cost us £50-£60. A journey from the apartment into London (bus 121 and then Tube into Leicester Square) would take 40-50 minutes.We were asked to take out the rubbish at the end of our stay - this seems to misalign with our expectations as it is advertised as a 'serviced' apartment. It is a very small issue but it would be nice if guests did not have to do so. We share this to help improve the overall experience for future guests.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment, according to the descriptions and expectations. For access, I found the keys in a box with a code that was sent in the morning of the check-in day.The center can be reached by buses 121 or 329 to the nearest metro and then by metro. Approximately 35 minutes to the center. Bus station very close. Also very close you can find a store with very diverse food products at good prices.

Good location near Palmers green station and the shops. Easy check in and check out had everything we needed as a base to visit family. Very clean. Good bathroom and kitchen for family

The blinds were broken in the living room as was the sofa bed. Wasn't a problem for me as only 1 person sleeping on the sofa bed but if it was a couple then it would be. The blinds would need replacing as light sleepers may be bothered by not being able to block out the light

This is our second time staying at Lodge Apartments during our trips from the States. We really like the location. It is easy access to buses, trains, food and grocery stores. The apartment is exactly what we need for a small family and the service is fantastic. We had issues with our luggage from the airlines and the manager was wonderful and accommodating (especially when the delivery times were ridiculously late).

Apparently a new club opened in the back lot behind the apartment complex. They were a bit loud, and on several occasions, they had burn-out sessions after midnight. They were run off pretty quickly, and it is not the fault of the apartments, but it was very annoying.
