The bed and particularly pillows were even more comfortable than my usual bed. Very nicely furnished and appointed room.

There was only one person working in the hotel when I arrived - which stretched her and there was a slight delay in checking me in.

This is a special Hotel we love it. Bromley is a great town. Has good shopping restaurants parks and is very easy to commute into C London. The hotel is close to both stations so access to Victoria or Charing Cross etc is easy.

Shame the on site restaurant has closed.

Generally it’s a nice place to stay just not on this occasion

The mirror lights were not working.The bed side lamps were not working.I was woken up by loud noises of someone doing a repair opposite.

The room itself was clean and generally acceptable on arrival.

The hotel is largely unmanned, with fully self service check in and check out. If you need help you have to buzz and wait for security rather than speak to reception staff, which is not what I expect, especially from a hotel that is not cheap. This was not made clear at the time of booking and had it been, I would not have chosen to stay. The listing stated that soundproofing was excellent, but in reality it was very poor. My room was next to the cleaners’ utility room and I was woken by loud banging and constant door slamming. I needed to use the room during the day for conference calls and was repeatedly disturbed. The coffee machine in the rest area required cleaning and would not dispense anything, and despite buzzing no one came to assist. The pillows were very poor quality and felt strange, almost like a balloon inside a pillowcase. One pillow was not enough, two felt excessive and they did not stack comfortably. I was booked for two nights but chose not to stay the second night.

Location, bed, peace and quiet

Having stayed over 20 times, its becoming a bit tired, stains on carpets etc.

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and temperature was constant. We had a fridge which was good plus milk and fruit juice. The teas were very nice. The location was good for local restaurants and pubs, shops and the Churchill theatre. Buses close by and Bromley North railway station was close. We would definitely return.

All fine although slightly strange not having a hotel reception but l got used to it the member of staff l met was helpful

The room was stunning. Decorated beautifully and the bed was very comfortable. Also we really appreciated the welcome smoothie

Very strange to be at a hotel without a proper lobby and reception desk. Also they are missing a trick by not having a bar or restaurant. Also I wasn't able to get the Bluetooth working with the TV.

Close amenities and family. Convenient and quite comfortable.

The shower drain was blocked and drained so slowly that it overflowed the shower cubicle. We cleaned the drain and removed the debris and hair. We left for cleaner to observe.The loo seat was missing a screw. Despite informing the cleaner twice, that a screwdriver could fix it instantly, after 5 days, still not fixed!!!Keen to get a response from management.

Lovely building very beautifully restored. Was able to work in the very peaceful library. Free tea and coffee and a welcome smoothie was a nice touch.Easy for Bromley South

Only minor issue was the water in the bathroom sink and shower didn't drain away very quickly...reported it.No on site parking but reasonably priced long stay car park 5 min walk away.Nice cafe round the corner for breakfast...Easy for shops if thats what you want.

The location was good.The hotel was in a quiet area.The suite was very comfortable.

There wasn’t enough storage, so we couldn’t fully unpack.There were no visible staff.

The attention to detail in the room was amazing, the steamer, hairdryer, the wireless chargers at the side of the table, chefs kiss

I liked the location and the facilities of the hotel an our room.

No parking. I got a $200 parking ticket as I unloaded my car. My wife was in a wheel chair. There should be some loading zone for guests

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Bromley. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is no restaurant on site (there are quite a lot to choose from within a few minutes of walk), but there is a constant supply of tea and coffee in the library

The only thing I didn’t like is that the windows do not open. Why???

Bedding, location, coffee machine

Noise from wedding party that we were not warned about. Broken shower door, flickering bedside light and TV not connecting to the internet.

No breakfast was available, adding a breakfast to your service would definitely improve a stay.

The hotel was beautiful, in a very good location and very comfortable.

Room was well decorated and the beds were comfy!

Could maybe still take water to the rooms even if they don’t call upon full housekeeping during their stay.

Decor, lots of light, boutique feel

Prefer kettle to coffee maker. I prefer rooms with windows that open
