Beckenham Park Hotel

Beckenham Park Hotel is a clean, comfortable, and well located hotel with friendly helpful staff located close to Beckenham town centre with easy links to London and Crystal Palace.

Nice staff; convenient location

Odd smell in Room 8 bathroom

Great location Cosy rooms Friendly team goes above and beyond Seamless process Quiet rooms Comfy beds

It’s not a premium hotel in my opinion, needs work in areas but it’s a lot better than budget hotels in the area and you actually feel very safe and are greeted by a lovely team.

I stay regularly, staff always go out of their way to help above and beyond. Easy check in and check out. Will always come back

Nice helpfull staff. Great location, easy to get by train 20/25 min ride to central London. Old charming building.

Ok breakfast. Would love scrambled egg and bacon.

Location

Bed was not comfortable, the mobile phone range was not proper, WiFi was also weak.

The location and the staff were friendly.

Parking is small not enough space to manoeuvre big cars.

everything was good from staff to the room and breakfast,we were well takencare off.

i do feel that the room 13 we were in could do with updating, but this is a minor complaint.

Rooms are very clean, staff very friendly, a lot of pubs ans resraurants really close

Location was perfect.Staff very friendly and helpful.Parking on site.

Being on the top floor, although l did manage the stairs okay.

The room I had included a single bed, which was comfortable and the room was warm. I didn't stay in the room much, but was perfectly fine for what I needed. The continental breakfast was simple but nice - cereal, toast, pastries, coffee machine and yoghurt. And for the price and location, can't be beaten.

The electric shower didn't have too much pressure.

Easy check im

The bedding was extremely poor. The toilet was not clean and stained.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were spotless. It had a very varied and generous continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could do with a heater.

Clean and cosy

No reception and just greeted at the door, felt like we were just staying in someone’s spare room and left to it. This is fine if you don’t want any interaction or someone present.

Location

Noise, single beds uncomfortable, You can hear other guests upstairs and moving around, coming down the stairs.

The communication with the hotel was excellent regarding what time I was hoping to check in etc. I booked a single room but on arrival found myself in an upgraded double ,which was a nice surprise. Breakfast is served from 8am-9am but when I explained I would be having to leave earlier than 8am, arrangements were made ensuring I could have something to eat before I left. On checking out the member of staff arriving was keen to check all had been well for my stay...and it had.

In the room I had, the television was small and on a wall at a distance it wasn't easy to see from. Perhaps having the tv on an adjustable arm might have solved that problem, although it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Good location, excellent staff and good facilities.

Got there late, able to access the hotel. Door was opened for me remotely and instructions on how to get to my room was quite easy to follow.

No front desk reception

This is the fourth time I have travelled here for work. Mashuk not only upgraded my room but also moved my belongings for me. Brilliant place to stay.

No complaints at all.

Very clean and fresh smell, comfortable bed and very friendly staff and accommodated well for me and my son.
