The woman at the front desk who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Practically everything else. Location was in a sketchy place if you choose to use local transport options. The central air in the building did not work, and there is only a single outlet in the room. No remote for the tv.

This hotel was advertised as being close to the airports and it was over an hour away from both airports. This hotel was advertised as sleeps four but upon entering two of the beds for cots on the floor.

Air conditioning,free parking,fridge,large bath towels (one of which I used as a blanket for the reason below in what I did not like about this hotel)

Memory foam mattress VERY tired with NO support,the duvet heavy,lumpy and smelled bad, fridge didn't have an icebox, my room was right next to the lift so I had loud people going past shouting, banging and knocking on doors till early hours of morning.

The room was dirty and smelling stuffy. The entire bed was stained. The washroom had a lot of algae.

Staff was very accommodating with our early check-in since there was a mistake on our reservation. They were very nice even when things didn't meet our expectations.

The room itself wasn't the cleanest. Walls were dingy with grime and when requested additional towels and pillows a few had long strands of hair and stains. The twin beds were on the floor. It was basically a cot and there was only one outlet for the roo

Rooms 118&117 on the ground floor. Rooms were stinky and dusty. Rooms hasn¿t been clean for long time. Blankets smell bad and dusty. Carpet floors has some dirty marks. I Can¿t sleep even few minutes. There is no phone to call the reception. worst hote

Everyone I met at the hotel had a friendly and helpful manner. The location is a given between the busy M1 and a major railway line which meant there was external noise in the rooms. The property needs some TLC to fix one of the out of service lifts.

Some lights in the room didn't work and there was a trickle of water from the hand basin tap

AC wasn¿t working, lift from 2nd floor wasn¿t working. More socket in the room.

Its location would suggest a excessive traffic noise thus affecting my sleep. However I had the best nights sleep in a hotel I've had for a long time. My company will now use these hotels where ever possible.

The bed was comfortable!

Location is horrible! You’re in a service plaza that you have to drive a minimum 15 minutes to get to anything!No fridge or microwave.... when you ask for a microwave you directed across the parking lot to the service plaza! Staff was clueless!

We can always find parking space, and there is a grocery store and gas station nearby.

We ended up getting a smoking room, instead of non-smoking. The room smelled bad, and there are no microwave and fridge in the room. The attitude of a certain staff at the front desk is awful.

The location was perfect for what I needed for my vacation.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but was manageable. You could tell this hotel only cared about money and what they needed to make money. Prices wouldn't be consistent with all of the employees and that made it frustrating to deal with.

The manager was very nice. I was grateful the hotel had a restaurant.

I hated the location. It was an hour walk to the underground so I had to take a cab if I wanted to go anywhere. Very costly. I think the hotel should have a shuttle service to the town.

far away from anything in London, to reach the Hotel you have to take a cab or walk through a rather not so nice neigborhood...wouldn´t recommend it to single travellers.

Hardest hotel to get to in the whole United Kingdom! Ridiculous location if you are coming from the north m1. No actual physical address to plug into a gps. Aweful!
