    Pros +

    • Arriving from Israel we were very warmly received, the location is outstanding and the staff were exceptional. we would highly reccomend!
    • I liked that I had a little kitchen. Even though I didn't cook but next time I will and perhaps stay a little longer. I love that I was able to have coffee or tea in my room.
    • The room had coking facilities and facilities to reheat food which is always welcome. I did not use it though. Generally the room was clean. My friend and I were allowed to leave our belongings at the reception area while we went about our day, since we arrived before check-in.

    Cons -

    • The shower was really small.
    • The room and staff. For context, I booked and paid extra for a studio/room WITH window. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, it was day time and pre-check-in. So we left our stuff and went about our day. By the time we returned, it was night time. Before bed, I opened the curtains/blinds so that there would be day light in the room when we woke up. As it was dark out, I couldn’t see a single thing. It was pitch black outside. We woke up the next morning to see that what was actually outside was a building site. It appeared to be the attic area of the would-be building and it completely covered the side of Nox. Literally, there is no space between the two buildings. This explained why I couldn’t even see streetlights outside the window at night. There isn’t even a view of the sky. And what’s worse? There were multiple male construction workers going about their work day with direct view into our room. I made eye contact with them. I know my words will not accurately express how exposed we were and how close this building was so I have a picture attached to show it...Naturally my friend and I (both female) shut the curtains to maintain some semblance of privacy. This was NOT a windowed room as I paid for and it was falsely advertised and sold as one. When I explained this to the two staff members (Stefania and Andrea), they were borderline condescending in their response. Essentially, they blame booking.com for not knowing about the construction next door and incorrectly labelling the room as “window room” while simultaneously insisting that I did get a window room even though that window was functionally non-existent. They were so rude to my fried and I expressing no empathy for the occurrence. The bathroom was generally neat but I wouldn’t call it “clean”. There were many marks and scuffs and unclean/moldy corners in the shower, that are indicative of lack of attention to detail.
    • 1. There should be a vending machine (ice would be great) the tap had if 2am snd very hungry or thirsty.2. Although you 'sheet' said the kitchenette would have filtered water from the 'middle tap' - our tap didn't have one...(3. A box of tissues would be nice)

Great to see things like a proper fridge with an ice compartment, large safe etc

Nice and comfortable bed, modern room, nice powerful shower, compact mini kitchen, quiet

microwave was dirty, coffee maker didnt work, these two things let the experience down, flooring could do with an update or a rug

    9PaulPosted on: 10-17-2025

I like the coffee, room cleaned everyday. Staff courteous. Location excellent, there is a TESCO Express nearby. Great experience.

Friendly staff in a well located hotel

Unfortunately the pictures depicted a room very different to the one we received.Room was made up every day however dishes were not cleaned

    8TalPosted on: 9-24-2025

The location in the Jewish neighborhood was close to kosher restaurants and supermarkets

The cleanliness of the kitchen. We had a smell of corn for the whole stay and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling

Non. But the rooms could be bigger

I've stayed in the NOX Hotel Goldners Green a number of times. The area is safe, there's a TESCO Express right next door and the tube is only 10mins away. The room was clean, the kitchen facilities are very handy, especially the fridge. My room was at the back and very quiet.

It's a 30-40min journey to the city centre, which means you'll be paying more for your daily public transport. The WIFI wasn't great. By modern standards it was lacking. I could just about watch YouTube videos and it felt like it got slower later at night when more people were back at the hotel. Staff were friendly and nice.

    8ThomasPosted on: 8-28-2025

Room had a little kitchenette, a microwave and the mini fridge had a freezer compartment. The neighborhood was a nice residential one, something I prefer rather than stay in a touristy one.

Very little room to place your luggage and we were carrying just carry-on luggage.

Really beautiful rooms with good kitchen supplies. I was here between an early flight so I wish I could have stayed longer! It is definitely on my radar for my next London stay. Right on Golders Green high street.

    All good for me.

    Terrible

I am writing this note to inform you of my recent stay at your hotel in London from June 15th to June 17, 2025, I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was an extremely unpleasant experience. In particular I encountered several instances of poor maintenance that caused me personal harm and safety. Specifically.1. I was bitten by poisonous bugs/ insects overnight in your hotel. This resulted in a swollen left arm and left hand with insect bites in lots of other places my body and extreme pain in the morning. I was taken to St Mary hospital emergency room both on June 16 and 17 ,2025 where I was treated with antibiotics injection and other medical treatments together. 2. The hotel room window was broken and did not close. The light near the bed also broken. The inconvenience caused me significant discomfort and no sleep leaving me exhausted and headache the next day. Also Window open made me feel panic and worried all day and night. Which should not happen as any hotel should put clients’ safety and personal property Safe first.3. The wall inside hotel room is poorly designed and can easily result in an accident. And accordingly I hit my head that made my right eye area bleed, that also needed medical treatment All of these issues were reported to your hotel staff at the time although no action was taken! The injuries and the medical attention along with the discomfort made for an extremely unpleasant experience. I request a whole refund. I am a woman of modest means and this hotel expense was a significant impact to my budget. And the stay was unfortunately extremely unpleasant. plz help me ! Thank you.

Every time I need to ask soap this is not really comfortable, in general the cleaning staff was really nice and helpful!!on 15th I asked on the reception for a wake call and the girl tell me they don’t have this service, I double checked on the official website, so I needed to come back to the reception because the phone doesn’t have an option to call for the reception and the girl said “You don’t have an alarm?” It was really weird, strange and humiliating, never had this experience with the hotels about the wake up callIn the end they did a wake up call with one hour late! Didn’t like the experience at the hotel

The location is the biggest plus, we liked the neighborhood, proximity of market and many restaurants, tube, bus station to the airports. The staff was nice (even arranged earlier check-in which is highly appreciated)The room was spacious enough, the kitchen well equipped, bathroom also spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.

Even though there is a kitchen, there is no table or chairs to sit so we had to eat in bed. The room had some unused space that could fit a small table with chairs and even a sofa, so that is our only complaint.

    6AnosikePosted on: 5-25-2025

I like that they have a little kitchen which came in handy. Shower room was a bit spacious as well.

The floor wasn’t exceptionally clean. And the headboard as well.

    8DennisPosted on: 4-30-2025

Bedding was surprisingly comfortable, bathroom was very nice, lots of nice restaurants nearby and a mini supermarket next door!

Space between the bed and wall was quite tight for walking past, smart TV in the room was slow to navigate.

The room I was offered was so bad I couldn’t stay there.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels in London and this is probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Upon arrival I was given a room which I quickly realised had no working ventilation. Since this was a basement room with no window, the room was extremely warm and stuffy and it was in fact hard to breathe in it. I asked reception for support and they said they couldn’t do anything as the ventilation was broken and they couldn’t offer me another room since all rooms were occupied. The person was extremely unhelpful and the manager was not available at the time, so I was left to book myself a room in another hotel last minute in the middle of the night and in a different part of the city (all nearby hotels were fully booked). It has now been two weeks and I have sent them two messages asking to be reimbursed since the room could not be used, but they have not answered. This means I now had a terrible experience plus had to pay for a last minute hotel in London which was very expensive. I would recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs.
