Shower flooded the bathroom. Lumpy bed Needless charge for early check-in when plenty of rooms were available One receptionist hard as nails (the rest were lovely, in particular the supervisor)

Room that I was given was on the main road... terribly noisy and was not able to sleep... do not stay in the lodge rooms... a lot of money for a poor night.

Great place, great staff always here to help. They really made our stay very comfortable.

Very professional and well managed. Room was very well heated with an adjustable thermostat. Perfect temperature. Comfortable bed and high ceiling.

The room was very clean and the cleaner was very kind. The breakfast was very good and the staff service was excellent.

Number 83 bus stops right outside to take your straight to wembley stadium. The hotel is beautiful inside! Great staff!

The location was good as it was only a short drive from the M1 and close to Wembley,the breakfast was good and a good variety.

Great location, plenty of safe and secure parking, beautiful hotel and building. Easy check in and out. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. Microwave, kettle and fridge along with complimentary tea and coffee, bottled water and toiletries. Air conditioning and windows that open! Easy walk to Brent Cross shopping centre too. Bus stop literally outside to get the 83 to Wembley for our concert. The N83 runs all night and was easy to get back to our hotel. Just a fabulous stay!

Lovely calm place to stay, modern clean rooms with refrigerator, secure parking

We loved the idea that the staff put on 2 urns on Friday afternoon so we could enjoy coffee and tea on Saturday. Coffee tea and biscuits were available at any time during the day during the week. The staff at the front office were very helpful with directions bus numbers etc. The room was beautiful decorated and the bathrooms were very clean.
