- The staff was super helpful especially the concierge.
- Staff is above and beyond what you'd expect at a hotel as old and historical as it. Our room was clean with many amenities. Price in May was reasonable considering it looks out over The Old Course. We were in awe and 100 percent would book again.
- The room was impeccably clean and comfortable and the staff provided quintessential service. I would not stay anywhere else when coming to St.Andrews. Period!
