Lovely cosy rooms with comfy beds.

Large family suite room was allocated for late booking, stunning room which looked newly refurbished. Comfy beds double and single. large bathroom with shower, all areas spotlessly clean. Late check in went very smoothly. Hotel was easy to find and had a large free car park at the rear. The lounge and bar dining areas looked excellent and modern.
The self serve buffet style breakfast service was poor, although numerous staff were present they seemed to lack any coordinated direction to ensure food, drinks glasses and cups etc were re stocked when empty. Some of the food stuff could be better presented and easier to access. Most of the people saw the funny side of it but it was an area that let the hotel down on this occasion.
Lovely clean
Was in room 101 the exit door from corridor has a very bright light above it and shone in room all night Blackout blinds would have been great As was waken up few times with light
Could not say as the hotel contacted me on the day of my stay to inform the boiler was broken and we could not stay. Lovely receptionist tried to transfer us but unfortunately the other hotel was not suitable. Just waiting for my refund which I received a message to say it will be refunded but could take 20 days?? Bit of a long wait tbh.
See above comment. Maybe next visit will be successful.
Hotel is very nice, clean and reasonably priced, food and drink were lovely.
Nothing I didn’t like
Lovely place rooms a bit dated Restaurant and functions really nice
Staff was excellent Night manager very helpful Had to handle guests that was disturbing guests at 4.30 in morning
Friendly staff and helpful.
There was work getting done and was told it would stop at night but I didn't they were fitting a new boiler next to our room and were banging and sanding still at 9.30/ 9.45 pm which was annoying.
Dinner was good and great value. The team were friendly and helpful.
Bedroom facilities - hairdryer available but no mirror near it.
Convenient location for us visiting friends locally.
Only inconvenience was leaving the porch way light on which shone straight through the bedroom windows adjacent to the entrance.
Very friendly and clean.
Little too far from Dunfermline centre.
Prices in the bar were reasonable. Lovely breakfast. Temperature was warm and cosy. Rooms a good a size.
Some mould in shower.
Lovely staff, comfy room nice and clean.
Very convenient for Edinburgh Airport. Great facilities. Lovely staff
No mirror in room
The breakfast was lovely I was welcomed straight away with a lovely fresh pot of tea x the staff were cheerful , smart and friendly x I couldn’t fault anyone x spoke to the chef until my room was ready as I’d arrived early . Had a lovely starter outside in the beer garden then the steak pie for dinner . Lovely fresh food served with smiles and standards . Will be back just for a nice relaxing break . Staff couldn’t do enough , thank you
Rooms do need a bit of upgrading but the hotel was lovely , loved the fact there was hand wash etc , maybe a little box with a couple of tea bags . But to be honest for the price per night I was very impressed
Nice hotel, we've had a few stays here now. Always get a good deal. Staff are always friendly.
The room wasn't the best we've had at this hotel. Not much room, and shower also very small.
