Duvet was very thin. No complimentary bottle(s) of water in the room

The room was a great size with large superior bed. The bedding was comfortable. The room was warm on arrival. Loved having the sofa and desk space for getting ready. The bathroom was modern with a lovely big shower. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The additional breakfast was delicious.

Despite the fan in the bathroom, the room filled with steam and the floor got very slippy.

Good parking on 2 levels.

Bedroom a bit on the small side. Reception was very small and took a while to find it as we entered via the resteraunt at the front of the hotel. A bit back to front especially when visiting the first time. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.

The pictures of the property are incorrect, they don’t supply water or toiletries, it also is next to a night club that went late into the early hours.

The location was perfect for us as was central and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early as the room was ready

Check in was 3pm we arrived at 1pm and the room was ready

Not what I expected. Chair in room was way past its date floor in bathroom was covered in paint easily removed. Breakfast was served cold

The staff was very friendly in the hotel.Breakfast was great staff was great couldnt do enough for you.

The bed was very uncomfortable as it was 2 single beds pushed together.The restaurant.Lunch my partner waited nearly an hour and a half for a burger as they never put his order in. The evening they did manage to squeeze us in which we was greatful for but then they seemed to ignore us! My parner asked twice if we could order and they said they would send someone over, then when we had finished he asked for the bill and was he was ignored again. I told him to go to the room and i would pay, i then continued to wait, the same waitress he asked then went to the table next to us and the man asked if he could get the bill and she came straight back with it, i then said to her im still waiting to pay which she strugged her shoulders and a different waitress returned with the bill. I thought it was very rude... not sure if his colour had anything to do with the issues we had but i would like to think not in this day and age!

Staff really friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We felt very well cared for! We got breakfast in the morning which was delicious and again staff were amazing!

The room was great and value for money, a little noise from the resteraunt below but overall very good. breakfast was excellent, as was the resteraunt.

Couldn’t have just a drink, can only have one with food, never come across this before, bizarre, won’t be coming again, there are pubs, but not our scene

The location was as expected & good

Breakfast. Mushrooms were like tin mushrooms & were very rubbery & could not eat. Staff deducted £1.00 of bill! No porridge available. Staff said they don't have that. I would thought bag of porridge easy to stock & so quick to cook.

Hotel was comfortable, parking onside and near where we needed to be.

The 1st room was unheated, the water was cold and we were moved to a much better room. I booked directly on the site but was taken to Booking.com for confirmation where bizarrely my room & breakfast booking was switched to room only - which I didn't notice.
