The staff was amazing and so friendly!

Warm weekend. No AC or fan and had to open window . No screen in window.

Comfortable bed. Room was fresh and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fine, bed was great, the staff were fantastic.

The breakfast was half decent

We had a flickering light in the room. The shower was constantly going cold and warm. There was dust floating about the room. The beds were really uncomfortable. The cups at breakfast were a bit dirty. Took ages to check in.

Breakfast was good except the sausages. Hotel location is good.

The room provided was extremely small for a family of 3. There was a sofa bed squeezed in the room, once u spread it out there’s no way you can access the bathroom.

Great location, comfy beds.

The shower did not get hot enough and fluctuated from cool to warm.

Very pleasant stay. Very warm welcome and Peter ( hope that's the right name ) was very kind , helpful and always smiling . Made everything perfect through our stay 5th - 7th February . Also our dog were very welcome

I had a pleasant stay with the kids friendly staff, an as-expected room, and an adequate bathroom, with breakfast being decent but very busy and a bit chaotic.

It’s always good value and great for children given next to Strathclyde park

Room smelt really strongly of dogs. No issue re dogs but not ideal a family being in a room that smells strongly of wet dog. Windows had been left wide open - it was mid-Jan.

It was freezing cold at night as the heater turned itself off the duvet was too thin.

The family room had a sofa bed and it meant you had to climb over it to get to the toilet in the middle of the night as it went to the wall.

I've been several times and always enjoy my stay

This time we booked a king room when in fact it was 2 single beds on wheels which separated during the night leaving my husband on the floor

Well....I came across a couple of staff who absolutely need training In customer care! They stand talking to each other while I wait minutes before they acknowledge me, not really acceptable! Also staff speaking in their own language around guests is unacceptable!I also work for a big chain hotel and therefore I know what I'm looking for.Staff should be professional at their job and it's not happening hereMost staff I have saw have been lovely but I'm afraid there is a few who let your hotel down

The location of the hotel was great

I booked through your website booking.com for 8 adults and 6 kids consisting of 4 family rooms. 2 of these rooms the sofa bed frames were completely broken to the point the beds would not pull out. All 4 rooms had no bedding for sofa beds which we noticed when we arrived back at the hotel,late that evening after celebrating a 60th birthday.We asked reception for the said bedding to be answered abruptly with the hotel was only booked for 8 adults and that we should have made them aware kids were staying. On your website at time of booking I had booked for 8 adults and 6 kids as I had to enter the kids ages at time of booking. When checking my booking today only 8 adults were shown which wasn’t the case,when I booked through your website,it was booked for the 8 adults and 6 kids.I would not book 4 family rooms for 8 adults.We contacted reception to make them aware of the broken beds as the kids had nowhere to sleep, we were offered another room for one family. The second families kids had to sleep on the floor which is completely unacceptable.In the morning when we explained everything to the staff on duty we were met with arrogant staff,when we said there was no need for him to speak to us in this manner he became aggressive and told us to leave the building. This was very upsetting and extremely distressing for the young kids we had in our party.This visit was a surprise for my mothers 60th birthday to have her full family stay together for one night as it was all she wanted and needed after loosing her husband,our dad at the beginning of September.It’s such a shame this experience really was ruined by the staff at this hotel. Unfortunately I definitely won’t be returning here.

Cheap and easy stay if travelling for work, plenty of parking, free breakfast.

Woken up throughout the night by people walking up and down the corridors opening and closing doors. Rooms could do with some sound proofing.

The rooms are comfortable lovely friendly staff been here few times. The kids enjoyed playing pool as there's a pool table at reception. Some board games too which kids enjoyed.

The breakfast not great but better than nothing
