    • Welcoming and friendly check-in staff on our arrival. The room was luxurious and comfortable. We booked the Dakota due to its location for ease of access on and off the M8 motorway, which is the main arterial route between Glasgow and Edinburgh.

    • The only thing about our room was a blood like resembling stain smeared on the couch on arrival. Apart from that everything was phenomenal:)

Our stay at Dakota was exceptional from start to finish! Our room was spacious, the staff were helpful and food was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be paying a visit again very soon and I recommend staying at Dakota for a romantic getaway or any kind of occasion!

This is our 2nd stay at the Dakota at Euro Central. The first time was good but our 2nd visit was amazing. We were looked after by the young man Anthony who made our stay so enjoyable and went above and beyond for us. I wouid also like to mention the girl Julie on reception who kept me updated on our booking for the Bar/ Grill and went out her way to make sure we could also enjoy the lovely steaks for our valentines dinner. This hotel plus every member of staff are really amazing.

Room was comfortable but unable to control temperature. Heating was either on or off so too hot or too cold.

    As above

    Spacious room.

I paid for early check in. The room wasn't ready at the agreed time. This meant I missed a meeting. The receptionist on checking in apologised and said she would remove the early check in fee. I didn't ask for this but accepted. On checking out I queried the early check in charge that was on my bill. The receptionist manager was very curt and said the room was ready 20 mins after the time I had paid for. I said I missed a meeting because of the late check in. She demanded to know the name of the receptionist who offered to take the early check in fee off the bill. I didn't know. She was I professional and her attitude did not match the Dakota brand. Disappointing and unnecessary attitude.

The hotel is well located with easy access to motorway but yet is still very quiet. The staff are very friendly and are always on hand to help. We did have lunch at the hotel and it was very good.

Only one slight complaint our bed felt lumpy but this did not distract from our stay

    Nice hotel

Was offered a upgrade a week before so put an offer in and I’m still waiting to see if my offer was accepted

Staff were very good. Food was good. Dakota was better than average hotel and would stay again.

Mattress was smaller size than the bed base and could see debree through the slats. Was quite a drafty / cold hotel.

Amazing staff - couldn't do enough for you.Amazing showerComfortable bedGreat locationDelicious meal options - they appear expensive, but really are worth the money

It's a little dark for my taste, but that's a personal thing.

the room was very comfortable and lovely and warm, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice

The area to sit and relax with a drink in the evening was a bit cold

Location, decor and cleanliness. The front desk staff were super efficient.

There was false fire alarm twice in the middle of the night at 2 am and we had to rush out with my two toddlers at -5 degrees only to learn that it was a fault in the system and false alarm. But the reception asked to vacate when called. Testing was going on during the stay and it was disruptive.
