It's ideal as I have a EV car and this is the main reason I stay here. Disappointed on my last vist as there was a bottle of opened wine in the cupboard that had not bern removed. Disappointing to ssy the least.

Hotel is stunning, welcoming, clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Location, private garden, room set up.

Electric heater, burn on bed throw, description was spa bath but was just a normal bath with shower. Reception staff seemed preoccupied and not very welcoming. Bar closed at 09:30 instead of 00:00 as it was quiet, impacting staying paid guests who would like to have used the facilities. Doors locked at 23:55pm, difficult and awkward as nobody available at reception to allow smoking guests out of the hotel for a cigarette.

The food was vile and the bed was not great room was freezing and not very clean just didn't like atall

Decoration of hotel. Location in town centre. Lovely staff, everyone was so helpful and nice. Good food. I would stay again. We changed room after one night and found it much better.

Dead spider in the breakfast bowl. Service was very slow for the breakfast everyday. Can hear every noise outside of the rooms. Loud music from function room was very clear and loud in the bedroom. Wooden frame around the bed was a bit annoying.

Travelled here on business, stayed 2 nights, room was well equipped, comfortable and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast also very good - would recommend.

Clean room. Comfortable mattress and good pillows. Bedding was good quality We had lunch in the bar which was well presented and tasty. Staff were courteous and helpful. No complaints

The room was quite dark and in need of a little updating. The step up to the bed is a tripping hazard. And bed was surrounded by hard wooden frame. It was like sleeping in a cot, and being small it was difficult to get out. Though the mattress itself was very comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the decor was nice. Food was excellent.

Hardly any water pressure in the shower (room 16) and no heating on in the middle of January. They did switch the heating on when I raised this and the room was eventually toasty. Room wasn't particularly clean: biscuit crumbs from previous guest on the chair and carpet could do with a refresh.

Breakfast was really good. Ordered from a menu and "smorgasbord" cereals etc. Close to East Kilbride town (walking distance) for bars and shops. Parking easy on site. Rooms were well appointed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again next time we are in EK. And, very importantly - good coffee!

Location is great . Close to local restaurants and bars . Staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful

Some rooms have the bed on a ledge which is a bit dangerous for older guests when they get up during the night - the ledge is a trip hazard.

The bar and food were amazing staff were lovely.

The room was freezing I could not sleep I was still awake at 1am as it was cold I called reception asking for another blanket and they said they would blast the heating and try get me another blanket I ended up leaving before 8am and didn’t even stay for breakfast…

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me get my room earlier which helped me enormously.

Everything was excellent for my stay.

Cosy room

Ground level room with lots of people passing by.. but no biggie

The staff were so friendly , the restaurant was so clean and relaxed and the food was phenomenal

Our room had stains all over the bed and hairs and crumbs, our heating wasn’t working so they put a oil radiator in which also didn’t help. So we didn’t sleep one bit with the weather being awful against both windows and how cold it was not to mention all the stains on the bed which was disappointing

The room was excellent, spacious and spotless

The beds were very comfortable. Nice rooms. Food was always hot. Excellent . Staff very accommodating

It was quite cold in the function suites .

Beautiful hotel very clean and modern the bar also does good cocktails

Liked how close it was to many restaurants and other leisures

Room was freezing couldn't make use of shower facilities or jet bath due to the cold tables in the rooms were sticky room was very dull lighting bed was ok not the best to sleep on
