- Clean spacious room friendly staff.

- Good location, great to have a car park. Clean warm comfortable room. Nice staff.
Cons -
- 1st 2 nights ruined by couple in room next door shouting and screaming at each other until early hours of morning. If you were couple in room 115 on 16/2/26 -17/2/26 you both should stay off the drink, no consideration for other guests
- There was a function on so it was extremely noisy.
- It was completely terrible. We were at room 116 so avoid at all costsHere is to name a few thingsThe Bathroom Doors Lock is brokenPlug sockets are under our pillows which is unsafe. My friends charger now has scorch marks on itPlug socket is hanging out the wallParties go on until 2amWe woke up at 9am for drill being heard from the room next to us.Loud noises in generalIn the middle of the night TV just turned purpleThe bath is creekyPeople knocked on our door twice at 8amRadiator didnt work so it would ever be really warm or if you opened the window it would keep thumping and closing it self.Beds were really uncomfyWalked in too see a drunk guy laying on a couchLoud talking at late nights by housekeepersThis list could go on but I rather not waist my time but I highly dont recommend

Had a great time, ordered some lunch for the room, really good price. We had a lovely stay for my husbands 40th birthday, we stayed in the Lomond room and was lovely.
It was cheap

The hotel staff were polite, and having our own car made the location manageable despite the distance from the city centre. Once we insisted, we were eventually moved to another room after a serious issue occurred.
The hotel is very far from Glasgow city centre (around 30 minutes by public transport on bus 21), which would have been quite inconvenient with children without a car. Our family room for two adults and three children was flooded during the night due to severe negligence from a neighbouring guest, causing water damage to our room, the corridor, and even a ceiling collapse below; despite this, management did not proactively relocate us or offer an apology, refund, or compensation, which was extremely disappointing.
Everything is perfect for me .great parking for my jeep and car trailer .really helpful staff .cozy nice room with bath .Great affordable restaurant with top food and service .
The friendly staff reception and Mr Gary what an asset in the breakfast room nothing was too much bother and local knowledge passed on daily thank you to all the team members
No telephone to reception in bedroom but that would not stop me coming back
The location as it was near family and shops
There was a humming buzzing sound that kept me awake in the 2nd night..
It seemed a reasonably attractive building, the staff were friendly and accommodating
The bathroom wasn't very clean, the mixer taps on the shower didn't work properly, and I am an engineer so not stupid. Only part of the hot water would come to the shower head, this lead to water burning your feet, while the shower gives a small water flow and stays cool. Also the bed seemed to have been broken and had collapsed, this meant sinking 12 inches into some parts of the mattress, leaving knee joints and back very painful the next day. It also robbed the night with my fiance of it's intimacy
Convention location for our visit, we would use this hotel occasionally when visiting Glasgow staff are always pleasant and the breakfast is a huge hit with the kids
Much noiser than previous visits
Rooms a bit out dated but spotlessly clean, beds clean and comfortable, food delicious, especially breakfast which was delicious and beautifully presented., Staff really helpful and friendly, enjoyed our night's stay and would definitely go back and recommend, real value for what we paid. Thankyou King's Park Hotel. Well done
Not very much really, A bit cold at times, but cosy in our comfy beds
big family room with huge bed
watch out for the hidden car park charges for parking on the hotels car park £8 per night!
Awful experience not to be...
everything room was damp, dingy. and beds extremely hard. Although we booked and paid for breakfast they were not serving a full breakfast. they said they could not refund us as we had booked through BOOKING.COM. The price was far too high for the standard of accommodation
I paid for a full breakfast for me and my wife but they could only offer a continental breakfast which we did not take so I would like a refund for both of us. The room was very cold and we had to sit with our coats on. We would not stay again.
The event was good
Clean and staff so lovely
It was freezing cold at night
It was the cheapest from the are
Very cold. Very thin blanket. They switched off the heating during the night. And there is a noise coming from a generator or smth like that. The whole night noisy and cold. Visited in Dec 2025.
Second time staying here. Roy on the front desk couldn’t of been more helpful or accommodating on check in and helping with getting a taxi, Clean bedding
There were holes in the bathroom ceiling from previous leak, toilet didn’t flush right, room was very very tired, one curtain on the window didn’t close properly, no hot water or heating in morning of check out. Not the only people with this issue as heard other discussing it at breakfast. The gentleman serving breakfast didn’t talk he shouted!! All the time! When we complained at reception, about the room heating and hot water, no shower, the young lady just said she would report it to management, no offer of reduction very poor
Great staff, great price, good size room, good tea/coffee supplies in room.
Unable to control heating in the room.Toilet seat was weak/flimsy and broke twice.

The room is dirty with faulty shower screen. Carpet in the room feel damped smelly and the bed you can even feel the spring when you sleep on it. Ventilation fan in the bath room is not working as well. Funniest is they even place a dehumidifier in the bath room! Hello… do you think it made any logical sense?
