DeiRa Hotel & Apartments

Beautiful modern and spacious room and excellent communication before stay with handy videos about how to access the room and the night entrance using keypad. Lovely friendly staff at breakfast and an amazing breakfast too

Location, cleanliness and the style of the room. I also liked the Indian twist on breakfast, very clever and very nice.

Like a lot of town centre locations it was the parking. But can’t be helped. So not the hotels fault.

Beautifully decorated rooms and very spacious. Absolutely immaculate, great communication from staff. Centrally located yet very peaceful.

Loved everything

Brilliant location, cocktails nice and good value for money

We found the air con panel on the wall was bright when you where sleeping.

Great breakfast and room beautifully designed.

Lighting in room, especially by big mirror could have been better. Also found bathroom door very hard/noisy to close.

Room was ok and staff for breakfast good

Was very noisy on Main Street and corridors noise late on , did not realise was part of Indian Restaurant below although staff were excellent

Excellent facilities, warm welcome, great location , professional from start to finish

2nd time we have stayed. On the Main Street Clean and fresh

Stayed in Room 3. The door handle was hanging off to enter to room and the bathroom was freezing.

Lovely clean comfy

Nothing x

Breakfast was great, filled us for the whole day and the lady serving breakfast was lovely and chatty. Location great. Nice keycode system for the room.

The only thing I would say is that the heating was pre set to 20 degrees maximum and I couldn't get it any warmer, I did find the room quite cold.

Friendly and efficient check-in, lovely big room with huge TV, excellent en suite with powerful easy to use shower. Toiletries were quality and the heated towel rail superb. Wonderfully comfortable bed and nice hospitality tray. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is ordered on the previous evening and the hot serving exceptional and plentiful. All in all one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Convenient location Very hospitable and clean

I was looking for good accommodation and an evening meal within easy reach of the airport. DeiRa was exceptional and ticked all the boxes. The room was very comfortable indeed and only a few minutes walk from Glasgow/Prestwick airport (no need of a taxi). The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a superb evening meal in the hotel restaurant. When I told them that I had an early flight and would not need a breakfast (which is included in the price) the manager suggested that they would make something for me to take away. All this set me up well for my trip abroad.Prestwick airport needs more places like this!!!

Nothing. All superb.

Location nice and central ,comfortable bed and staff friendly and helpful.
