Initial greeting was poor.

Good breakfast, plenty of variety. Rooms are good, clean, comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I called the hotel prior to my stay to look for some information. No answer and was prompted to leave a message and I would receive a call back. Still waiting!

Another great stay. Compact, comfortable rooms, super staff and amazing value for money.

The rooms are not big but fine for a short stay. It was clean and modern with a bath not a walk in shower. Good tea making items provided and large TV. Comfortable bed and good heater in room and heated towel rail in bathroom. Logan's bar,dining room has a good atmosphere and drinks and food very good. Good cooked breakfasts available. All Staff provided good service with a smile. Stayed before and would stay again.

Price was a lot higher than last year. No draw unit to store clothes in.

I love the location and the room was very nicely furnished. The staff were great welcoming and polite. The breakfast was delicious.

The tv was meant to be a SMART tv , however was unable to access Netflix or cast to tv from my device despite the tv stating that I could cast. The bathroom door handle was falling off and the bath was cracked. There was no do not disturb sign for the door. Reception staff took note of the repairs needing done

Great hotel, very tasty meals, very polite and professionals staff, and a very clean and comfortable room.

The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the walls, which meant I could hear what the guest in the next room was watching.

Have stayed multiple times before over last few years for one night.Very clean and newly decorated.

Price has increased dramatically, now I don’t feel it represents good value for money.Quoted £170 by hotel directly and booked through booking.com for £140

price was expensive. Breakfast was a disappointment. There was no Lorne sausage on the ' Scottish breakfast' . Thought It was expensive for a nights stay. advertised cocktails but when requested , just given normal gin and tonic .

Location, facilities, staff, drink selection

Not much. I was treated like a valued guest. The TV was broken, and the view was not great, but overall fine.

Very clean, staff very helpful. We had 3 single beds in room & there was plenty space. Bathroom big & clean. No noise at hotel , very warm & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent We walked into Prestwick 15-20mins. It was a nice walk

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great service in restaurant. Hotel decor is lovely and lots of Xmas trees and decorations which put us in the festive spirit.

I liked everything - warm comfortable room, perfect location for my needs. Fabulous food ( breakfast and dinner). But most of all the friendliness and quality of service from every member of staff.
