Pros +
- The room was spacious and parking was free.
- Location was excellent
- Good location and setting. Comfortable room and facilities. Helpful staff and good breakfast.
Cons -
- Breakfast was £21.50 I arrived at 9.57am and they accommodated me but I had whatever was left from the continental breakfast (which was basically nothing) and the Full English arrived without the sausage but a few slices of bacon extra instead. For the price, it felt like a mugging.
- Outside access between rooms and main dining room and bar. Not good in rain and cold.

Very helpful staff. Clean and well appointed.
Some rooms were much smaller than others and felt a little too cosy in comparison but suitable for an overnight stay.
Location and decor. The bar and restaurant were lovely but the room was underwhelming. For a family of 4 it was too small and poorly lit.
Incorrect information provided regarding dining options during the Christmas period which inconvenienced us one evening with two small children. I don’t think a whole hotel should close if guests are on the property.
Room was excellent with view of small wooded area and meadow. Potagers restaurant served great food. Breakfast choice was very good.
The bar and restaurant were well presented, friendly staff, plenty of room to park.
We stayed in room 14 it absolutely stank of damp/ mould, the bedding was actually wet from the damp The headboard is material and needs a bloody good hoover and clean, the carpet filthy, dust and grime over the phone and lamps When you pay more to stay in a hotel of that calibre you expect more, especially when spending over £100 It was impossible to sleep due to the smell and the light shining through the top of the curtain from the footpath, and other patrons standing outside chatting
Lovely food and restaurant area.nice room although did smell a bit doggy but overall very comfortable xx amazing staff
Lovely room but it was far to hot as the radiator was on full blast
Fabulous bathroom
The room was lovely, the bonus of a fridge and a bath tub.The staff were polite. Parking free
Could hear people under the room and doors going other than that it was perfect.
Spacious room
Bed was a bit soft and road/ traffic noise
We loved the fact that everything was provided in the room. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The Potager Restaurant was excellent too! This was our first time staying at Crouchers and we will certainly return!
Our stay was too short!
Breakfast lovely but a bit overpriced
Bathroom could do with modernisation but shower was lovely
Fabulous room, really comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and incredibly peaceful location.
The only slightly frustrating thing was not having a socket near the bed for charging the phone - but this was a very minor issue!
The staff were very helpful whenever we were in need for something The cleaners for our rooms were excellent my apologies for calling them cleaners there might be a term you professional use
Nothing to be honest it’s our best place for quite some time The Crouchers is our favourite hotel when we visit Chichester Yacht Club and Chichester town our other favourite places
The room was cosy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the dinner and breakfast in the Potager restaurant were superb.
Room good. Breakfast first morning good.
Bathroom layout awkward- when using toilet your knees were pressed up against bath and little space between bath and sink.
The staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and tidy, maybe a few DIY jobs to make it perfect. It was a great location for the party we were attending at the Yacht club.We were thankful for the EV charger too.
I asked for a gluten free option at breakfast, and although I was given a full English I couldn't have any sausage or hash browns (both of which can be done gf). Only got some very under done toast, and had to send my breakfast back on Saturday as it was luke warm.
Reception and checkin is fine
For the price paid would have expected breakfast includedBar staff - under trained and not very knowledgable when asked what beers were sold - bar felt chaotic
Nice surroundings and quite atmosphere.
Limited choices of beers at the bar .Food in restaurant was excellent but a little expensive.
