Nice sized room and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely big room - huge comfy bed. Breakfast delicious - lots of choice. Staff happy and friendly. Great location in the centre of town and free parking which is a bonus. Not the first time we've stayed and won't be the last!!

Shame the spa jets in the bath didn't work. Drinks at the bar very expensive.

Staff were very friendly. Location of the hotel is great, espcially as we were visiting to see the band playing below at Room 12. Great value for money and the rate included breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Sam was just an amazing member of the team who was diligent, friendly, and just fantastic front of house. All the staff were welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble! The room itself was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed, the token gesture to celebrate my husbands birthday was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was tasty with a great selection of choices. I would absolutely comeback again

Its loud on Thurs and Friday nights with late music. But they do warn you.

The room was large, the bathroom very clean and the location is excellent for exploring Chichester. Liked the fact we found a space in one of their car bays. Breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The car park only has amount 6 bays, so not guaranteed a space. The adjacent car park is £1.70 per hour and far too expensive to use for a hotel stay overnight. The stairs up to the rooms is very steep and l found it difficult to manage and no lift. I was aware of the venue under the rooms had music up until 2am and it did stop at midnight and they do supply ear plugs. I personally would not stay here again as an elderly person l s grigg led with how many, and steep they were. Where you eat breakfast isn’t perfect but is adequate.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Staff were lovely, we had a broken window and were moved and given a heater with no problem. Staff made us feel like friends.Rooms were spacious and comfortableBreakfast was amazing. Music bingo was funny, free of charge and you won drinks or merchandise

The rooms are spacious with good bathroom/shower. Breakfast was really good.

There is a warning for live music on weekends so it was no problem whatsoever but we could hear it from our room - not even loud enough to make out what songs though.

No fridge in the room but other wise perfect.

The was clean and comfortable. They tea , biscuits , water and ear plugs just incase the noise from the pub is loud.

It was cold on entry because the room was so big. Once I turned the radiator up it soon warmed up.

Parking could ba a problem not many spaces for hotel. Though we got a space ok.

Staff, breakfast, room

The location of the Vestry is superb if you want to be in the heart of Chichester. The room was spacious and very clean with a charming aesthetic.

I have no issues with the business at all. No issues with the property at all.
