Clean,convenient, good breakfast

Convenient hotel with good value food served in a restaurant sport shown on numerous tv's.

Very spacious Inn with friendly staff and a good pub feel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable

We got there late due to train delays so we missed eating by a few minutes. Stopped cooking at nine.

The room was very good and beyond expectations, clean, pillows perfect, well appointed room and en suite

The facilities, bar and hotel reception, grossly undermanned. You have a staff resources issue

It was clean and the TV worked fine.

The bed was so uncomfortable. We were only provided with 1 of things such as 1 x towel, 1 x cup, 2 x pillows.I asked for more pillows and they were like rocks.

Breakfast is good

Evening meal choices are limited for vegetarians. Breakfast items were cleared away while we were still eating and no notice was given. We would have gone up for toast and another mug of tea

Clean, newly refurbished, restaurant, cheap, nice lady Melanie checked us in.

Room and bathroom very small, practically no water from cold tap, seemed almost empty but we were allocated a room right down end of corridor on ground floor.

Paper thin walls too noisy

Great value, clean, ample parking. A great base for visiting the Triumph Factory

Quiet room with king size bed for one person. Plenty of parking space. Good choice of beers. Location is very good for the A5 and motorways, also easy walk into Nuneaton (about 10 minutes).

Nothing I can think of.

Parking around the back for people staying. Nice welcome. Travelled alone with baby and was placed in a ground floor room which was well appreciated from me. The room was clean, plenty of space, all the facilities were in good working order. Power shower and water was hot. Bed was comfortable. Slept really well. There was some noise during the evening from other people drinking in the pub that were staying in the hotel but it didn’t bother me. I quite like the fact the two buildings were connected and would have used the bar if I hadn’t travelled with my baby. The restaurant/pub had a really nice feel to it. Fire was lit in the morning which was a cosy touch. The selection for breakfast was good. Continental and a choice of cooked breakfast. All well presented and tasted good. If I stayed longer I probably would have tried the food at the pub in the evening also as the menu looked good.All the staff I spoke to were really polite, helpful and attentive. Overall great stay and I will stay again in the future when I visit my extended family.

Disappointing.wont be staying again

No one on reception when we arrived and it took us to get them from the bar to check us in. The radiator was banging all night at regular intervals so we had a very disturbed sleep.

Very clean. Staff were VERY helpful. Arranged a downstairs room as wife can’t do stairs

We were meeting up with friends for an evening. The Chase location is convenient , the rooms are very clean although basic, but for a one night stay, suits us very well.

The shower leaked everywhere.

Bed and room fantastic

Reception appalling. No one was there to check me in in spite of half an hour of ringing until I went to the bar (a 2nd time) to ask.

Loved the location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bar ambiance lively, drinks great, bartenders excellent. Delicious meal in the garden room, served by the super waitress, Eli, and her team. Fantastic food and service. Everyone so efficient.

Good to have the bar and restaurant on site also with the hotel. Prices were very reasonable

No one at reception upon arrival and had to wait almost ten mins to check in. Seemed short staffed in general. Bar closed at 11pm!

Room was so warm, turned radiator off but the pipe that connected all the rooms was hot which meant the room was so warm, it was difficult to sleep

Very disappointing

Extractor fan rattled so loudly that it had to be turned off. In the public areas the heating was not working, several fan heaters were in use but ineffective. The breakfast area was not very well equipped. Only one mug available and the coffee pot was almost empty and also not hot!

Lovely comfortable rooms, great value for money and really great helpful staff
