Good parking, breakfast, hotel clean, room nice.

When reserving my rooms at Booking.com I was led to believe that the rooms were priced £71 and £80. Upon arriving I was told both rooms were £80 each.

The gym facilities were fantastic. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

Lack of local shops/amenities.

The hotel always smells lovely. Was greeted with a warm welcome. Is nice that staff recognise us and our dog. Super comfortable beds.Great breakfast. Rooms nicely decorated.

Booked room as I was attending a course the next day. Was not expecting it to be amazing as it was such a low price. Turned out the room was fairly spacious and came with a nice bathroom with large shower and all the toiletries needed. Tea and coffee facilities were good too. Good choice at breakfast and evening meal. Staff were amazing, even the lady doing the hoovering was helpful when I was looking to get a coffee. A real bargain!

The general ambience looks tired especially the hall, and the ground floor toilet stank of urine.

When i arrived the room they allocated had no heating. the electric heater was broken. the duty manager tried to fix it but couldnt. i had to move rooms as it was so cold. there were no made up rooms so i had to sit in reception for nearly an hour waiting for another room to be ready. it was getting late and i was hungry. i think a comp drink or not charging me for a tray service would have been nice. there was no menu in the room or phone so i had to walk to the bar to order and got charged full room service. food was ok - bit over priced.

Very comfortable, a lot of parking spaces, a good breakfast. Check in was quick, the same as check out.

First time staying here, guest check in was poor. There was no welcome or manners. The only interaction was had we been here before. He gave no guidance on how to get to our room and no Information on dinner service.Didn’t like two single mattresses pushed together without a joining mattress topper. When our key card stopped working he just asked for our room number and reprogrammed it. No apology no friendly interaction. Just passed the card back to us.On check out there was also no manners like thank you for your stay or was everything ok with your stay. No communication at all.

Was given a larger room than I'd booked. Lots of space, nice big bed, tv and desk area. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, clean and modern hotel. Free parking is a bonus.

Breakfast could be improved slightly. Scrambled eggs were quite soggy and not much flavour. Would've liked the option of different eggs. Overall the quality of breakfast could be improved.

The first thing I would like to highlight is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the very first minute of arrival, everyone is attentive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. Their positive attitude truly makes a difference.Regarding the location, the hotel is situated slightly outside the city center, but it is excellent for walking and enjoying the surroundings. The city center is easily accessible by bus or car, making transportation very convenient.Breakfast is served at very convenient hours, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which is perfect whether you are traveling for business or leisure.The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are replaced every day. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.The hotel itself also offers very comfortable spaces for those who need to work. The bar and restaurant are both operating and provide a pleasant atmosphere.I highly recommend this hotel.

It was nicely presented and decorated. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

We had a comfortable quiet room and the accommodation was very suitable in terms of location.Large car park and good hotel location-away from the city centre

The bar area shut somewhat early for a Friday night No frills in the rooms such as biscuits Room was cold initially-nobody had turned heating on although we did have a wall heater which we switched on

Evening food was terrible. Under cooked. Chicken wings were raw meat. Staff tried to make an argument stating they had probed the meat and it was fine. Well it was not fine, it was raw. Send back and they then brought it back out burnt.Main meal was fish which again was undercooked and floating with water. I simply did not argue and left it. Staff returned and asked why i had left it and my comments, were, take the place to someone who is a trained cook and ask them.Pleased that i did not pay for breakfast.Hotel, you need to train your cooking staff as they are totally clueless

Hotel room Doors need a clean and carpet lifted in hallways so difficult to pull my suitcase along, no biscuits in room to compliment my morning coffee.

A really lovely hotel. Very welcoming entrance lobby area. Staff are very helpful and our room and bathroom were very clean.

A few extra pillows and some plastic tumblers for the bathroom would have been very useful. But small things. We were very happy.

Large comfortable room, good shower and bathroom. Excellent breakfast included.

Soulless hotel, better for conventions, not a romantic weekend. Lot of noise from rooms above and to the side. No gym

Ideal location for our visit, room was big and comfortable, bar and restaurant were nice, good choice for breakfast.

Rooms were spotless and well equipped!Restaurant lovely. Just a great all round hotel.

Twice we have stayed there and both times woken up by fellas coming back to their rooms at 3.30 am making so much noise!!Mentioned to the receptionist but she just said there's nothing they can do. But I think the guy who is the night warden should walk with them to their rooms to ensure they dont wake us all up!

The staff were lovely - so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic but comfortable- perfect for a couple of nights stay.
