A little bit cold in the lobby

staff were friendly and helpful. the availability of coffee machines in the lobby was a nice touch

breakfast quality could be better.

Breakfast and food bar

food bar closes soon for in-room delivery

Nice easy check in , great to have use of the gym. Tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms. Nice facilities with lounge with complimentary tea and coffee

LocationEv charging Tea/coffee/biscuits in the room

When I’ve stayed here before there has been fruit and snacks available at the lounge.I missed breakfast and asked about the lounge snacks and was told “there usually are but not today”Maybe it’s just been a bonus on the 3 previous visits? This time was the most money I’ve paid to stay here also.

Always clean, easy check in,free coffee in lovely lounge area what more can you ask.

Coming home

Clean. Room was spacious and spotless. Bed very comfortable.

No hot water for shower in the morning.

Central to university campus, plenty of parking, friendly staff and great free coffee area with comfy seating. Clean room and lovely bathroom . Really good value overall.

Some noise from neighbouring room - can hear voices and tv.

Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of good options available. Room is quite spacious and very warm, which was great in cold winter weather. Bathroom is very clean. The rooms are quiet.

Very close to wbs, good sized rooms with ironing board and iron, friendly and helpful reception

Functional clean room, Internet fast running

We could not control temperature in heating body, was very hot , had to open window.

All good, modern, clean, good value, friendly & helpful staff. LOVE the coffee machines with decaf AND oat milk options - Needed both! We're returning for those to be fair haha.

Shitty breakfast, really needs an upgrade. Also the fact that a pool is completely outside the hotel and you have to get out in the cold to walk to it is ridiculous. They should definitely build a covered corridor.

Quiet, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast

Quiet, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size and the hotel is very well located on campus/very close to the Arts Centre. If felt safe and it was great to have free parking on site. Tea making equipment and biscuits were provided. I was told that there was also complimentary tea and coffee from a machine in the bar area. I did not use this but the bar area was spacious and looked welcoming. Other people did seem to be using it.

I would have preferred a bath/shower rather than a shower, but the shower in the room was very spacious and well equipped. So no complaints. A complimentary bottle of still water would have been nice.

We really enjoyed the breakfast — it had plenty of variety, everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

All were ok

Room was very comfortable, bar / lounge had a good atmosphere and was open late.

Would have been even better if breakfast was served a little later at the weekend.

location

good in the restaurant was not french and not very good service in the restaurant bar

Perfect for visiting the University. We had a fantastic breakfast selection, including gluten free options. The bar lounge area is an excellent spot for informal and relax meetings.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Access to coffee and tea. Made use of the lovely well equipped gym on campus.
