Great location. Clean, friendly and comfortable.

It is a very comfortable hotel with excellent service. We spent a weekend here due to my son's graduation. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and parking was free.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect since we were visiting Warwick university

It's a great example of what you expect from a hotel like this - helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy food/drink options, easy check-in/check-out. And it's a great location for Warwick Arts Centre.

The hotel was ideally located for a conference I attended held at The Slate, University of Warwick. There was a full range of breakfast choices and free tea and coffee machines in the reception, bar and lounge area. The hotel was spacious. Room was nice size and clean with view of landscaped area. Short walk to Warwick Campus and eateries and bar for a change from the hotel restaurant. Eco credentials were good.

This is a larger hotel that is spread out across two adjoining buildings and as our room was on the third floor at the end of the corridor furthest from the reception, it was a bit of a long walk to the room. Luckily, there was the option of lifts as well as stairs.

Reception staff were excellent, friendly and directed us to an entrance closer to our room. The room was quite large, clean with additional items - iron and ironing board and a fan.

couldn't get the towel rail to work but when we asked we were offered fresh towels if required.

Spacious and good facilities. On the campus of Warwick University - only visiting surrounding cities. Helpful staff. Comfortable and well-appointed room. Good breakfast and options for dinner. Free parking.

Staff friendly and helpful, hotel and rooms spotless, shower great, loved the free coffee and fruit, parking easy and safe. Setting nice and green too + rooms quiet and good temp.

Thought breaky at 15 was on the expensive side (hence opted for Pret breaky roll at a fiver instead!)

Nice location within Warwick University

Breakfast was not well replenished. Was waiting for new supply of eggs, fruits along with others.Pub didn't allow outside food even though we had check in late, had some food and wanted only drinks.

The stuff were very professional and responsive, the provide support and meet expectations, from reciption team, restaurant team, housekeeping team all very friendly and professional and supportive. The location is fantastic near the Warwick art center were i had my NEBOSH diploma graduation ceremony. Building is clean and we liked the green surrounding and how they respect animals and plants and going for green approach, you can ask reciption to change your pillow to different types but usually upon availability still it is a plus

No air conditioning only desk fan but weather was cool so opening windows were more than enough, a lot of spider webs on windows, limited selection on breakfast menu but can order other items if needed، the room menus three barcode were little bit annoying to scan as they are near each other. No bottles of water were provided in the rooms

Every morning cleaners knocked and came in to do the bins, despite no cleaning sign being put on the door.

Perfect location for visiting Warwick University and the Arts Centre (although there is very little competition in the immediate area). Plenty of comfortable breakout areas to relax in. Good car parking. Rooms clean.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. This is primarily a conference centre where the public can also book to stay, so the dining room was geared to conference groups (long group tables giving the impression of a school refectory...). We found the price a bit steep overall, but prepared to pay for the convenience of the location.

Very clean and comfortable stay.The new hotel is located within a university campus and offers a very clean and comfortable environment. Free parking is a great bonus. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Just keep in mind that there’s no air conditioning — only a fan — so on very hot days it might not be ideal. Otherwise, a great value for money!

Location and cleaniness

Overall hotel was good but rooms were very far. I have 6 guests above 70 years and had requested rooms next to each other. Didn't work out

The room was very clean and the entire building was updated with modern fixtures and a new appearance. I appreciated the amount of food offered by the kitchen/bar and that there was complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate!

i booked the scarman as i was staying in Coventry for 4 nights. Lovely location, convenient as it is within warwick university campus and was close to my office, it has a nice Bar and restaurant and clean and cosy rooms

Rooms are a little small but for one person it is fine. Two can cosy fit Minor things- you could hear people talking in the corridors or next room and the doors bang loudly so for a light sleeper like me, it is a little inconvenient but nothing that would not want me to stay again. The food in the restaurant was hit or a miss but they have variety of vegetarian options so that was good.
