The Jephson Hotel; BW Signature Collection

We had booked a small double room and it was fine for our two night stay. I would want to book a larger room for any longer a visit.The food was good.

The room was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was really good.

The duvet could be warmer, as it felt quite thin for winter

Location. Cleanliness

Small cramped room set above laundry room. Noise from washing machines all through the early hours. Room window facing brick wall that was only about 18 inches away. Lace curtains or blinds would improve the appearance

I use to stay in this hotel for my business trip. staff is very kind and helpful. they collect my packages in the day while I'm not in the hotel.

beds are not very comfortable. walls are very thin. you can heard the people who are walking on the floor

Friendly staff and ample car parking.

The rooms are in a poor state of repair. Expensive for the state of the place.

Generally very clean, comfortable and well kept with friendly staff.

There was quite a big spider in a web on the bathroom ceiling but no big deal really.

The location was good for what we wanted and having the car park was ideal

the room was small, dusty with cobwebs and the TV would not work. the mattress had a dip in the middle and was not comfortable at all

No intercom. Telephone instrument had no connection.

Front desk person was nice and informative. Loved the room and I liked the option of the bar. Bed was comfy and shower was refreshing!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Good breakfast.

Hotel interior is dated and needs refurbishing, room was hot without aircon. Mattress and pillows not very comfortable.

It was a little bit out from the town

If people didn’t close their doors properly, an alarm sounded which I found disturbing as no one appeared to check the sound out

Looking extremely tired in the rooms. I’ve stayed here many times and all the rooms I’ve stayed in are in need of refurbishing or at the very least new mattress’s and a lick of paint. The last room ( this stay ) the room I was in smelt very strange and the layout was ridiculous. Bed against wall to the side of a wall with the tv making it only possible to see the tv from standing in the doorway ?‍♂️ bathroom very rundown with cracked floor tiles and mold and strange stains on the walls near the bed.

Needs a lick of paint and an update. Looking very rundown in the rooms which makes the room price a little expensive when all considered.

Handy for the town, good shops and bars/restaurants. Reception staff were good.

Tired appearance. we had to use a fan which is not ideal and the window had to be wedged open with a towel. We went down to breakfast at 8.05 and had still not been served at 8.35, so had to leave for a long journey to work. A refund was issued.

Very friendly staff, plenty of parking, attractive and welcoming reception area, comfortable seating in bar area.

My personal preference at meal times is for small plates to be offered. The dinner menu choices seemed not to include these options.

Great location, easy to find. The rooms were clean and ours had a beautiful view of the street. Staff were very friendly too.

There isn’t a lot of parking available and the spaces are quite tight especially the car park in front of the hotel. I’d advise to get there as early as possible and leave your car parked when you can.

Single room was good for the price paid, nothing special but had everything you needed, basis fixtures and furnishings, good shower pressure.

Basic furnishings so not a very comfortable stay, noise from other rooms and TV is wall mounted which is awkward if laying on the bed.

In my opinion best accommodation option between Warwick and Lemington Spa (very close / walking distance to the main strip in Lemington Spa).

Lack of elevator (lift) may be problematic for some guests.
