Pros +
- The staff were amazing, we traveled with four children aged between 14 years and 7 months. My husband is a golfer but didn’t get to play this weekend (his own fault). Children enjoyed a swim and the food was delicious.
- Great food and spa area
- location
Cons -
- Location was a bit out of town
- breakfast was very cold and I was in the restaurant early both days. Staff like zombies, not at all interested in their jobs or standard of service, working without direction or urgency. Served food in the evening without cutlery and had to request it, and second occasion took 10 minuted to get a folk after the knife arrive on its lonesome. WHY?
- Pillows were hard and lumpy. Wellness facilities were very busy and could get loud at times, although that may have been due to it being half term. There is a separate lounge area away from the noise which was good.

Excellent location, quiet, with lots of amenities. Room was modern, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Location is pretty, country surroundings Pool and steam facilities were lovely Staff were friendly
Far too busy place, as it’s run as a club so it’s not as relaxing as a hotel. Bed in our room wasn’t comfortable- very hard mattress and lumpy pillows. Plus the bathroom had a wiffy drain smell.. TV wasn’t a smart tv, so couldn’t watch Netflix etc…
Location was perfect close to both Warwick and Leamington Spa. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic and open til 9.45pm with unlimited access. The rooms were clean and comfortable and furnished to a high standard
Nothing!
The room was excellent, very comfortable. Breakfast was also good and we ate in the restaurant in the evening which was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was no-one waiting in the restaurant in the morning to take our room number. There was quite a few people also waiting so we just found a table. I asked reception if there was anyone to come and take our room number and she went into the kitchen and said someone would be with us shortly but they didn't appear for a while so we just helped ourselves to breakfast.
Locations and staff
Bed , specifically booked weeks ahead and asked to double bed, instead got two singles pushed together didn’t sleep well at all Also property was advertised at less than half the price the night of our stay on booking. Com
Nice hotel. Dated but nice. Can tell it must’ve been 5star in the past. Overall vibe was good - very friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Phone not working in our room. Bathroom had stains in edges - likely purely from age rather than cleaning frequency. Towel rail was a bit loud. Hotel a bit older - can tell from very old carpets especially in hallways but doesn’t necessarily affect your stay per se.
Rooms are very well appointed and super comfortable. Best bed of any hotel I have stayed in uk. Facilities at hotel, pool, spa and gym are great. Restaurant is ok but high end.
Hotel is part of. Golf, gym and swimming pool members club and is very busy most of the time.
Staff were so welcoming. Loved Christine who made our room so comfy for our young children. Swimming pool is fab, can't wait to come back for the outdoor pool
not much to dislike, great value
Very comfortable room. Reception staff very helpful.
Spa facilities looked excellent, but the hotel fell short on comfortable lounge and bar facilities that I would have expected from a hotel in this price range.
Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Room was spacious and clean and the walk in shower was great .
Twin beds pushed together weren't very comfortable
Nice location, lovely food, facilities were good although very busy during the day
The bed was very firm, like sleeping on the floor- good for some, not for me
Clean and good sized rooms
Bed wasn’t the comfiest.
This was our second time visiting here. It’s really lovely. The spa is amazing, rooms amazing, will be coming back a third time soon!
Quiet countryside locationGood breakfast
Lack of bidet
Paying a premium price but...
The evening staff was not well informed, not welcoming nor friendly, and could not answer our requests. We needed to know the number to use for reception or room service and nobody knew this. We were surprised there is a high surcharge to have food brought to your room as the rooms are right next to the reception and restaurant. There was no information sheet is the room to explain emergency numbers or dial codes to the reception. Our aircon did not warm up the room but only the bathroom hence the room stayed very cold. Also we would have like a mini fridge to put our milk in for our little one.
Comfy bed, spacious room, shower good, nice breakfast, helpful staff, great pool and jacuzzi. Price was very reasonable and there were lots of parking spaces. Easy to get into Warwick town centre.
Shame you have to use room towels for the swimming pool.
Third time staying here & great hotel & facilities as per previous stays. Staff are great & there’s a great kids pool for families & spa for adults. Food in the club restaurant is great too.
