- Location was excellent! Close to the town square for afternoon drinks
- Food was excellent, staff were great, friendly and polite! And knew a joke or two:)
Cons -
- The dinner in the pub was pretty pricey
- The fan in the room did not work properly. It would have been useful as it was a very hot evening/night.
- It is clear that some people have been disrespectful, broken tiles/marks on the wall/etc, and these have not always been repaired.

The fan in the room did not work properly. It would have been useful as it was a very hot evening/night.
Good location, very secure property. Facilities were good and everything that I needed for the weekend. Breakfast was tasty and it's always useful to stay above a pub for refreshments.

The location was great - right in the centre of Warwick. The staff really helpful and friendly. The bar was lovely - we didn't eat there, but restaurant was very busy so obviously has a good reputation. Room was homely and the beds were really comfortable, with very nice pillows.
The room was clean and ideal for our needs but a little dated. It's an old building and so whilst they've made a good attempt at modernising it's not perfect and was unfinished in some parts of the bathroom. Stairwell could do with a bit of modernisation - especially the carpet. Cleaner knocked on the door but didn't subsequently come in or replenish the tea/coffee etc.. even though she saw us go out. Turned out we were supposed to put a sign on the door which we didn't realise . Staff were lovely and rectified this straight away (including bonus biscuits).
The breakfast was included with the room and it was wonderful food.
The room felt a little shabby with torn furniture. The toilet hadn't been cleaned as there were poo marks in the bowl.
We didn't stay at the b&b because the staff did not know where the car parking was we drove around for 2 hours only to. find the nearest was to far for us to walk with our problems so we had to go home we didn't get to see train
Great location, cozy and clean. Easy to get to.
The room was on the top floor and was slightly slanted so the beds were at an angle. Not a big deal and can’t really be helped with old buildings.
Great location. Friendly staff. Nice paid for breakfast. Private. Good shower and nice toiletries
Bed wasn't very comfortable at all sadly and it wasn't the cleanest - carpet dirty and a bit dusty. As we stayed right on the square in the third floor family room - was loud at pub kick out time but didn't bother us. Also worth noting if in the family room - no lift.No parking but paid for parking close by. £12for 24 hours
Location, well decorated
No lift
Great location, comfortable beds, good food

Bathroom tap was broken bath wouldn’t fill needs little care around room but clean and tidy
The location was great, right in the centre of Warwick. The room was lovely, spacious, large bathroom with a really good shower. Comfy bed. Allowed dogs. Would recommend.
Great location
Worst nights sleep ever, the whole building was so noisy. Whoever was next door to us was extremely loud when they came in at 12:30 for at least an hour, I’m guessing it was staff as there was no number on the door I assume it was staff halls. Our room was literally shaking they were walking like they had lead in their feet. Then at 8am started drilling the walls. Safe to say we were up and out by ten past 8. Who needs sleep anyway!!
Great location and great value you for money.
The location, the room and the breakfast
Lovely rooms in a very central.location.
Wardrobe had some leftover board cutting, discarded furniture outside bedroom window so a small tidy up recommended
