- The hotel is in a great location right in the town centre and near the castle being only a 3 min walk away. The hotel is spotlessy clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly.
Cons -
- Everything was great
- There is only about 7 parking spaces at the back of the hotel and the nearest over night car park is a short distance away but it does not allow you to pay for over not parking until 6pm so you have to go back and pay for parking after 3 hours which is really annoying.
- Cooked breakfast took a little while but we were told of that ahead of time so not really an issue.

Really nice hotel, felt very bougie especially for the price we paid! Very central, everything is within a 5 minute walk. The room was lovely and the radio was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, both continental and cooked available. Over all we really enjoyed.
Cooked breakfast took a little while but we were told of that ahead of time so not really an issue.
Lovely building..Good car parkReal ale
Barman needed more training
I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.
Nothing comes to mind
Staff were super friendly, room lovely, food delicious
Bed was a little small
Very nice breakfast. Would have liked the offer of toast with the fry up.
The staff assumed we were not hotel guests for some reason and assumed we were walk ins. Eg when ordering a drink later in the evening and joining breakfast. No bin in the toilet. Otherwise amazing hotel.
Ideal location
Was to warm during the night not that I would complain and couldn’t open the window
Beautiful and welcoming hotel The facilities and rooms were excellent and a big mention to the young man working in the restaurant at breakfast very polite helpful credit to the hotel
Location and the comfortable seating areas
Parking very limited and no alternative parking nearby especially for non local visitors
Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and staff very helpful and friendly.
Not a dislike but the double room would have been a bit snug if two people had shared it.
We were staying because we were going to a party in Warwick.Lovely room, better than expected, especially the size of the bed.Great location.Lovely breakfast.
The room was way too hot, even when we turned the heating off and being on the bottom floor, didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night.Bathroom would’ve been perfect if it had a bath.More nespresso pods instead of cheap Nescafé sachets, should’ve been left plus better milk.
The renovation has made a beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful and facilities seemed great.
Upon arriving at the hotel we waited 20 mins plus for anyone to be at reception desk, there was no button to press for service and nobody around who seemed to be associated with the hotel or willing to assist. This is not great as I'm disabled so wanted after a long drive to just get into our room, however once someone did attend to us, despite having paid in advance, we were told that there may not be a room for us?! I advised them that if we have been able to pay , then surely a room should be available! I had advised them that we would be checking in late, and was assured that wouldn't be a problem. So to be told that there may not be was a shock. There was no apologies, just an uninterested staff member who found a key from the back and walked off, when I asked where he was going he said would have to see if there is a room ready or not as not all of them get cleaned straight away and if not we would have to go elsewhere! At this point it was even later and the chances of finding another hotel were slim, plus after having paid for this one in advance, I had spent the budget on that room and was advised it could take three business days to refund. When he came back he said he had found us a room and handed me the key. No explanations on breakfast or how to access the hotel after hours etc.
Beautiful decor, great location and the restaurant was excellent and good value.
We had a problem getting our drink( draught coke needed changing, poor choice of rum and whilst the coke was changed he forgot us!)
I was surprised at how lovely this hotel was. The room was great, big bathroom which was very clean. The bed was comfy and the tea and coffee facilities were plentiful and free bottled water. There was a hand written welcome on the note pad which was a lovely gesture. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend the hotel.
Great stay. Very nicely refurbished. Great breakfast
No parking at the hotel
Nice decor throughout, good sized bedroom and lovely staff. Very central location.
The radiator in our room didn't work but the heated towel rail in the bathroom was hot so we left the door open and the room was warm enough.
Lovely position, nice room ( slightly small bathroom!). Not short of cushions, on most surfaces...
The black pudding at breakfast was tasteless. The chef needs to go to Bury Market to taste a proper one
The location was fantastic being just a 5 minute walk to Warwick Castle. The staff were very friendly and very helpful in resolving the mix up I made with the dates of our stay. The room we had was very comfortable and very spacious.
The light switches were a bit confusing for the room and the bathroom. The parking was very limited at the back of the hotel.
