For the price pretty decent experience mostly.. With 2 less good things.

1) having to pay for parking on arrival was just weird, didn't start things great. Who has ever paid for parking at a hotel?2) we got a family room as we have 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The room had an adjoining door, through which the next rooms noise travelled as if they were in the same room, so we had to listen to their TV playing when we all had an early night. The noise leakage is unbelievable in those rooms with an adjoining door, sadly not acceptable.

As promised - convenient location, great for visiting Warwick Castle. Friendly staff.

Limited discounts with the IHG membership but not good enough for long stay deals

The breakfast was excellent but they did run out of gluten free cornflakes. The location was perfect for our plans.

On Saturday night we were disturbed by a group of people running back and forth between their rooms, slamming doors repeatedly, taking loudly in their rooms which were on either side of our rooms. This went on until 1am. I tried to phone and mesage reception but the calls.Would not go through

The check in was very efficient. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are a good size and everything was clean and well presented. The breakfast is included and is very good. The staff at breakfast are very helpful. It is very good value for money and overall is very good.

It may be a personal thing as I have hay fever. The room was "dusty" and I had very bad hay fever symptoms in the room. It was difficult to leave the window open for fresh air because of road noise from the motorway. We also had an emergency light in the room which stayed on all night and made it difficult to sleep.

Good location and did what it needed to. Good breakfast too.

One of the rooms didn’t have working air conditioner - room was hot although staff were accommodating to provide a fan.

Breakfast facilities are poor - the offer is excellent but there just aren’t the right quantities placed out. Staff topped up the empty bacon with 6 rashers. 3 people and it was gone - same for all the other cooked options. Staff were trying and the guy showing you to the table was excellent. But there really is no organisation on the food area. No products, no cutlery.

Just off M5, comfy spacious room.McDonald’s next door for a quick bite.5 minutes from Warwick Castle.Good breakfast, pancake machine was a winner

At breakfast time there was no hot food and had to wait around for it.
