We loved the continental breakfast, especially the pastries and fresh fruit.Staff were very helpful and we particularly enjoyed the choice of board games available in the bar!

The cooked breakfast wasn’t the warmest.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good evening meal. We held my mothers wake here during the afternoon which was excellent - the room allocated, the food served and helpful staff

Staff very helpful. Gym was good.

Gym could do with a clean. From the running machine you could see a thick layer of dust on the white wall unit just in front. There were no cups by the water machine. Rooms were clean but could do with a lick of paint.

Great staff, provided a discount at the restaurant we had booked - also helped when wife forgot her toothbrush and in helping when we left our key in the room when going for a morning run

The car park has potholes, so when you walk to reception after parking you need to watch your step to avoid soaking your feet.

Well placed for Warwick castle.Nice breakfast area.A young lady, “in training” who was ever so helpful (can’t remember her name, sorry, was so friendly and polite.

Bed side shelf was not flat so can’t be used.Shower was tepid.

Amazing and friendly staff my room wasn't ready at check in so they changed it for me with an upgrade for free!!! Food was amazing, you should try the breakfast !

The bed was very comfortable and the gymnasium was nice. Most of the staff were very friendly.

Room was warm, comfortable and quiet.Breakfast was very good, with a good range of foods available.

The plates provided fir the cooked breakfast were not hot enough.The outside approach to the hotel was not very well illuminated.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful every visit. Two doubles in room so helpful for families

There was a mix up on room allocation on arrival which took so long to sort. The lamps on wall didn’t work and one was shorting when tried to turn on. Breakfast on the Sunday was a shambles. Ran out of all pastries, the one tea/ coffee machine broke. Juice bottles empty not replaced. Hot food not being replaced quick enough so queues and colder food on plate.

Quite poor, black pudding and bacon very hard and spent too long under the heat lamps so were left. There were no sausages ( the chef told me they ran out the day before).

Breakfast good but didn't see any vegetarian sausages or bacon.

The Discretionary service was applied without being mentioned. And pizza choice would be good if there was a half and half selection for veggies and most eaters

The food really let the hotel down. The coffee maker was not hygienic

We liked the casual feel, the ample free on-site parking, the location in the heart of the Midlands close to nearby towns and attractions, the quiet room, the newly renovated bathroom and the hydration station in Reception

We requested to move from the first room offered because of an overpowering smell of dogs

We could hear a loud fan noice. Coming from outside. Even with the tv on. So we didn’t have a good sleep.Room was very cold.

Rude staff... Didn't let me sit near the entrance chairs when it was empty as seen by the pictures. I was asked to move and sit on the sofa furthest from the room, which was uncomfortable. It was analogous to a parent asking a child to sit in the kids play area. I saw the staff attend two other members when they sat down but completely eschewed me... When they requested me to move they said if I wanted food I could have just asked but that would mean I would be treated differently. Also most of the time there was no one in reception. Not happy but the hotel location, price and rooms were fine.

Nice spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, overall good value for money

Simple and welcoming. Clean warm room and excellent good value accommodation. Food was good and whole stay was pleasant
