Travel Plaza Hotel

Very comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a minibar facility from reception to buy soft drinks, wine etc. Ideal location for us to visit family in Desborough. Very quiet location.

Ideally we would have liked a restaurant although there is one on site - it does not seem to be operational. Sainsbury's and M&S food stores nearby so we bought food to eat in the room.

Clean, comfortable accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff

staff were very nice and the room too, I was working and appreciate being not disturbed and the staff made sure to let me work in peace and also accommodated me whenever i needed. I was meant to stay for 2 days but been here almost 2 weeks due to the good service

It's a tidy enough hotel and the manager is really helpful and will give you a morning wake up call.

Need more biscoffs with the coffee.

If you are just looking for a quiet bed for your stay travel plaza is ideal. This was my second weekend break here this year.

If breakfast facilities were available it would be all I could ever need for a weekend break.

Location, staff friendly, clean

Remote control for TV not working

Disappointing

The bed smelt damp and was not pleasant. When we got home you could still smell the dampness on our clothes. Our children’s room was fine and as it was just for one night but wouldn’t book this again.

Clean, quiet, with a good shower and a small dining table, chairs and fridge - very useful to do our own breakfast. A good base for attending Greenbelt.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and friendly.

Heater didn't work in the first room i was given, but i was moved to another room with no hassle. 2nd room had a loose toilet seat and towel rail. Not major issues, just a little maintenance needed.

Comfortable bed and clean.

Toilet leaked and TV would not pick up all the channels. The very hot. night meant that the facilities in the room were not able to offset the extreme temperature! Had little sleep!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Decor dated.

It was very convenient for our wedding we attended. Stoya was very welcoming and helpful

Property doesn’t have a bar or restaurant and is a bit tired and basic inside but it was more than suitable for 1 night .

The room was spacious and clean.

The restaurant was closed permanently.

Easy to get to. Close to our friends house. Clean. Staff friendly.

Very impressed with the hotel — good value for money. Rooms were absolutely spotless and the receptionist was very kind. The location was ideal for us.

The lady who welcomed us was very helpful and charming. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water.

However, the hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. The entrance is damaged and very unattactive! The bathroom, in particular, needs upgrading.

I had booked this place twice for two days in a row. Breakfast was good. Staff is great. Clean rooms. Shout out to the housekeeping team! :)

Friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble . Room was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay hete again or recomending it to my friends

The room with 3 single beds was ideal for us. There was a very welcome fan on the wall which was definitely a bonus.

It would’ve been good if the restaurant next door had still been open.

Location , friendly staff

Car park was full on second day due to private party at the restaurant
