Holiday Inn Express Kettering Corby By IHG

Good location. nice breakfast

Fan in bedroom too noisy. Bed could be better

It is very visible from the main road. Big car park. Lots of blue badge spaces.

Quite a palaver to get to hotel - lots of traffic lights.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, Plenty of choice. Room comfortable, everything you need.

All good, no complaints no

The cleanliness

One of the staff in the reception the male receptionist, I understand he must not like everyone but please dont show it , it can make people very uncomfortable

My dog was welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Parking was easy and convenient. The female staff were charming

It was my fault that I was late for breakfast, so it wasn't as good as it had been earlier! I could see that the choice was good.

Breakfast was good, bar was nice in the evening, plenty of parking

I could take my pooch!

Bed wasn’t comfy and the lovely guy on the front desk told me breakfast was until 11:30 and it wasn’t

Staff upon arrival @ 19.45 , February 6th 2026 , were polite, professional and helpful, awful wet weather outside but reception felt comfortable.

Room upon entry immediately felt cold , bathroom miserable and looked tired and grubby from old stains in sink. No direct heating in room so very uncomfortable. This room was end of row with x 2 outside walls . The corridor was warmer .Heating turned up but three hours later room temperature very little different , contacted reception to say how cold we were despite being in bed with extra clothing on, manager attended and found he was unable for us to move rooms as full and offered us another double quilt , two hours later , so after six hours after arrival , felt more comfortable and we eventually settled. At 07.00 hrs the corridor still felt warmer than inside bedroom. Breakfast excellent plenty of fresh hot food and superb care received from Maggie.

we arrived slightly early but were checked in anyway, which was great. the staff were friendly and chatty. the room was pleasant enough with everything we needed and a lovely sized television. we also found a nice walk to take our dog which was a real bonus which went through the woods from the back of the hotel. the onsite bar and restaurant was an added bonus too and breakfast was exceptional.

The double bed was comfy enough but would have appreciated a king size. My wife had a Cheesy pasta for an evening meal which was very Blah!

comfy bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast available.

Whole hotel was shabby and in desperate need of a refit! Dirty floors in the entrance, stained carpets in the hallways, peeling wallpaper in our room and a shower drain that was blocked. Bed was uncomfortable - way too soft. Pillows lumpy. Aircon extremely loud and turns itself on randomly throughout the night disturbing sleep. Room was really disappointing and not worth the money.

The staff were very professional and friendly

Some lights didn’t work. Although I didn’t mention this at the time. Coffee was inferior.

Staff are really friendly and efficient, always find me a quiet room because I have Autism

Mattress was too hard for me, guess it’s preference but gave me sciatica.

Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, breakfast was spot on, could not fault it

A superb room with comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Very clean and warm. Gentleman at front desk (who seemed to do night shift as was there in the morning as well on 25th Jan) was very welcoming, smiley and happy...a great personality. Very good price for bed and beautiful breakfast. Great selection.

Nothing...all was fab. Thank you so much.

Very dirty dust , not hovering the floor

Too much dust couldn’t breath in the room very poor housekeeping

Friendly welcomeQuietClean

It was really clean and staff we're very kind and helpful

The lighting in the room was very poor to do your hair or makeup it could have done with a makeup and shaving mirror in bathroom and one big light in the bedroom

Clean and comfy, nicely decorated

The room was very spacious and the addition of a sofa was very welcoming. The shower was powerful and large. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of both hot and cold choices
