Great location to Bicester village shopping outlet.been to this hotel a few times now it is just starting to need a bit of maintenance to the rooms but overall very clean an great staff ideal for what we need it for. Nice bar area and decent bar food.

Paying for parking even though it was a reduced rate for hotel guests.rooms starting to need attention.

Location was great for us just off the motorway. Staff were faultless and tentative. Price was very cheap

Bathroom had a water flowing noise all night. Parking is not free despite it being on a main road not near any other venues or facilities (discount code offered at check in). Food seems a little expensive (£51 for 2 pizzas and 2 alcoholic drinks).

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast choices were great

There was a drainage smell in the room but once I reported it staff came immediately to fix the problem

Location - next to Bicester Village (10-15 min walk) and next to the Bicester Park and Ride bus stop for the bus to/from Oxford (4 min walk). Croissants at breakfast were divine! Coffee was great. Bedroom was streamlined and devoid of clutter. Bed was very comfortable. Very good choice at breakfast. Good that the staff get to enjoy the breakfast buffet as soon as guests are finished.

Unremarkable surroundings / view - but that's not the hotel's fault. It was what it is - what I call a Roundabout Hotel on the outskirts of a town/city best suited for those who have a car or who have no desire to explore the surroundings on foot. Breakfast finished at 10 on the dot on a Sunday morning! A bit early. And I ended up cleaning a table for myself as there was nobody in sight to do so.Not the hotel's fault but it must be said Bicester Village offers poor value for what it's supposed to be - an outlet with reduced prices. For example Longchamp bags cost £5 less than on the high street / online. Sample: Bag in Bicester £120; exact same bag online £125....... Glad I copped that and now have a better choice of colours etc in my home city of Dublin where prices same as online (including £/€ exchange rate). So, I will not bother with Bicester Village again.

Breakfast is good but I didn’t get any sunny side up eggs. I don’t like scrambled eggs.

This was a great location for our meet up, it’s only 5 minutes from the motorway and close to Bicester Village. The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great with a large, hot, powerful shower. I had forgotten my toothbrush but they provided one with no issues! Breakfast was lovely- there was plenty of variety and it was stocked up well.

Very nice place with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and cosy, nice and spacious bathroom, good location and tasty breakfast.

I visited the downstairs dining area and was really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food was very nice, and the whole environment was spotless—tidy, clean, and well looked after.A great place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Highly recommended!

However, the room itself really needed a window. It felt quite claustrophobic, especially after taking a shower when the space became warm and stuffy. This did affect the comfort of the stay.Overall, great service and cleanliness, but the lack of ventilation in the room is something to be aware of.

Nothing to fault really. Very clean, tidy, modern room. Staff were very helpful.

The parking machine. The buttons were not sensitive to touch and it was very frustrating. I think everybody else found it frustrating too.

Very clean, comfortable, gorgeous breakfast and the staff were amazing and friendly.

There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom coming up from the shower but the smell was outside the hotel also. Also the heating didn’t work in the room.

We have stayed here any times due to it being close to village and for it s cleanliness and comfort.
