Ilkley Riverside Hotel

The location was great

Rooms not clean breakfast wasnt geat

The Hotel is ideally placed for easy access to Ilkley and one of the few free parking areas. The homemade food was excellent both breakfast and dinner and the staff were really pleasant and helpful.

The parking was difficult which wasn't the fault of the hotel but due to local site works

The sheets on the bed didn't fit properly, they constantly needed fixing. The shower screamed at us every time we took one.Cobwebs in the room put me off a little but that's easily fixed.

Bed comfy, good location.

No bottles of water in the room, old and dated, no chance of an early check in but did serve the purpose of our stay

Great location, short walk into town. Nice river walk. Breakfast was nice. They have a bar and a fish and chips shop. Free parking. I walked to the Moors from here.

I could hear the other guest TV but luckily they switched off at a sensible hour.

Perfect position right by the river. The staff were amazing, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us they should be treasured. Food in the restaurant was lovely and very well presented

The first room we had was certainly not the one we booked from the picture. It was small and very dusty the television wouldn’t work so staff checked it and found the lead was not there. First thought was it had been stolen but it turned up the next day. Meanwhile we were moved to another room which was better but…. Cobwebs and dust and uncomfortable, noisey mattress the staff were incredibley helpful and couldn’t do enough to help

This is a fab, super friendly, hotel in a great location. Our bedroom overlooked a goldfish pond, very cute. The room was of good size, needed a little tlc, but had a super comfy bed. The bar, restaurant and outdoor areas were tremendous, friendly team and lots of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was awesome, freshly cooked, bacon and sausage from a local farm, and perfectly poached eggs. Great place to stay, very handy for Ilkley town centre

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location.

Shower door did not fit - water leaked on to bathroom floor. Towel rail/radiator did not heat up, despite assurances of staff that it should work. TV remote did not function. Mattress was a squab of soft foam - too soft!

Amazing location on the river, with fantastic walks right on the doorstep. Staff were very friendly and great breakfast. Ilkley is a lovely, charming town, surrounded by the Moors.

Location. Great staff. Great food. Great breakfast. Good selection of beers and wines. Chippy and pizzas next door. Heated outdoor seating.

Location was fabulous along side the River Would have enjoyed fruit yogurt pastries at breakfast only a choice choice of ceriels cooked breakfast was good

More choice at breakfast otherwise a very enjoyable stay .

Close to the river wharfe and the centre of town and able to walk to the local cinema
