Red Hall Hotel

For us the location was perfect We liked the bar and the lovely dining room.The staff were very helpful especially the reception desk and the dining room and bar staff.

Not much to dislike. Perhaps we could have been told of the lift to the ground floor rooms but that was the only thing we could think of.

Staff were lovely - reception and restaurant. I stayed for 5 nights for work and was very comfortable, lovely little gym that had everything I needed. Food was excellent! Great location too. Would definitely recommend

If I had to say anything, it would be the rooms and bathrooms could probably do with a deep clean but the essentials were clean. Eg. Vents and corners could do with a good clean

Walls of bedrooms very thin. We could hear word for word loud conversations from one side, and the TV from the other side

The location, attentive staff, the room size was good they had everything you could need. The breakfast was lovely, the hotel bar and restaurant was beautiful

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful- that really makes a difference. Carla on Reception was particularly kind and helpful.

Didnt have time to eat as I was only booking the room as I had to be at Manchester Airport very ealry in the am. Great location if you are heading to Manchester Airport

Bathroom cold have been better deigned - had some issues wit the sink as it was tricky to wash my face withut water going over the floor

The food served in the evenings. Good quality

Paper thin walls. I had the unfortunate experience of hearing my neighbours talking on the phone, talking to each other and finally climaxing while I was trying to sleep.So many mirrors in the bedrooms as well.

My room door didn’t close which meant anyone could’ve walked into my room and stole my belongings!No ventilation in the bathroom which was annoying as it meant the floor was slippery.

Convenient location, clean well equipped room, good parking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I liked everything.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Beds were comfy. Good location - only a 10 minute drive from Bury centre.

Room was very dated. We have stayed here several times in the past but this time we were really disappointed with the room. We found it very outdated and wasn't up to the usual levels of cleanliness which was disappointing. Breakfast was nice but greasy.

The full breakfast was excellent and cooked to order with locally produced Black Pudding and SausagesThe main meal was wonderful and the meal was of superb wquality.

The price(I had no option to book it) and we weren’t intending located very near to a VERY loud wedding party so couldn’t sleep till 1am (music went on far longer than was acceptable) for a DELUXE room it wast the best hotel room I’ve seen and paid ALOT less.

Great value for money and an excellent restaurant

Rooms at the front may experience a degree of noise from the adjacent road.
