Lovely Big bedroom.Excellent Tea room / cafe below.Very nice breakfast.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, but everything was excellent.

Location, style, spotless. Lovely tearoom in the morning to wake up to!

Beautiful location overlooking the Opera House, very clean and comfortable, the bed and bedding were very high quality. Nice to be able to go down to a delicious breakfast in the Tea rooms in the morning.

Nothing to dislike.

We were given the apartment as our 16year old grandson was with us. It was spacious and self contained ideal for our needs.

Nothing it is central to the town and a minute walk to the Opera House.Would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom window was rattling all night with the wind . I think for the price the breakfast should be included

Apartment was very nice, also very clean and comfortable. So convenient for park, town, opera house etc only downside was the heating went off and we phoned the contact who told us to bypass the timing but didn’t happen and phoned several times after and messaged but no one answered. Also very bad cooking oil smell in the courtyard which would stop you sitting out.

Location brilliant opposite Opera House. Comfortable and beautifully furnished. Friendly staff. Great having tea rooms below for breakfast!

We chose the attic room which was a bit cramped for someone of over 6 foot and awkward to access.

Beautiful old building maintaining all original look and features while providing good standard accommodation. Excellent staff and on site tea room enhanced the charm of the place.

Be aware no lift and rooms are on second and third floor.

Location was ideal for the Opera House.Tea Rooms have good variety of lunches, evening meals and breakfast.

Great location especially if visiting the Opera House. Just across the road from the park and some pay and display parking if you can find a space. You can also pay for breakfast in the tea room downstairs which was very nice and also convenient

The water in the shower was only just lukewarm. Only hand soap and body wash provided so perhaps some shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom would be welcome for more than a one night stay.

Great location opposite opera house, lovely traditional building and decor . Only annoyance was a fire exit light in the room which was really bright .Staff very efficient, food in tea rooms and service very good.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean The location was perfect for us directly across from th theatre Would definitely recommend and use again

This B&B is in a prime position opposite the Opera house.It is our second stay and this time we had the larger room. It has such oldie worlde charm.The bed is big and comfortable.The bathroom is a good size

The place was in a great location and a lovely building, staff very pleasant.

The price was reasonable but it should have included the breakfast, many places around where better priced and included breakfast.

Beautiful, large bedroom. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Lots of character.

Enjoyed it all. Very very small recommendation. As the shower head was fixed then I didn't have a shower cap too keep hair dry. Might be a nice touch to provide in the rooms.

The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location was just perfect for the Opera House and Pavilion Gardens.

There were no negatives, everything was perfect.

Super location on the side of the Pavilion Gardens. Massive comfy bedroom and bed with all facilities.Cafe drinks and food super. Super staff.

Fantastic location for the opera house. Lovely staff, clean and comfy room. Couldn't of asked for more when travelling alone. Felt very safe and very welcomed.

Can't fault it one bit apart from price charming not accompanying me lol.
