- The location is brilliant. Not only is it perfect for Eaglescliffe Station but its also handy for restaurants, Preston Park and Yarm.
- The location near the station
- Nothing really except for the convenience. I was there to attend a funeral and convenience was the only thing that mattered. The instant hot water was good.
Cons -
- Temperature of the bathroom. It was too cold to have a shower and there were no hooks in the bathroom. We werent provided with any more milk/sugar/Tea/Coffee than would last the first day.
- The lighting on the room some were not working
- The room was dingy and could have been more cheerful. There was no bedside lamp, which I consider essential.
