The noise level. My room was directly over he bar area. The "entertainment" used canned base music, same key, same beat for four solid hours. Then the happy drunks poured out into the outdoor seating area directly below my window two nights in a row.. never again.

Really pleasant & helpful staff, comfortable room & bed, good food at reasonable prices, and it's right in the centre of Beverley !

Comfortable bed and room. Access to minimal stairs. Breakfast was enjoyable. Very central location in town. We were advised of a disco and the staff managed to provide the best room option to reduce any noise - very good service.

View from our room , however if had room at front would of been noisy as market sets up early on a Saturday morning so can’t have everything ?

The staff were really lovely and very helpful. The room was lovely.

The noise was really bad early morning, I’m presuming it was from the cellar.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely pub and food. Rooms spotlessly clean. We had a front facing room and was pre warned regarding the noise but ear plugs were provided and used as the market day set up was loud from like 4am. Breakfast was 5☆ can't wait to return.

Perfect location within market place. Room was large, characterful and quirky, also spotlessly clean and comfortable.Members of staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.Excellent evening meal.

The furniture, decoration, fixture and fittings were showing wear and tear, getting tired, but this did not detract from the comfort of the room.Price of drinks from the bar was exorbitant.

Repeat visit - very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well equipped , great showers , very comfy beds. Excellent breakfast.Centrally located in Beverley , perfect.

Car Park - its rather small.

Close to town .. friendly staff clean & comfortable

Parking very small .a car was incorrectly parked which blocked view of signs .. did think breakfast was included in price as payed £156 for one night .. we paid extra for breakfast and really enjoyed it . Food was very good

Right in the centre where we wanted to be.

As they said they had parking, it would have been good to be able to get a place. The staff did there best and got us a place but it would be a worry if we could not park due to disable

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, a good nights sleep was had. The location was very central with convenient parking. A good place to stay!

Broken heated towel rail so the bathroom was freezing.

Very good location. Place was perfect for our needs, staff we so nice and friendly and great in every way.

Only that it was loud in our bedroom from the music in the bar below us. But we were pre warned about that and it was only a problem because we went to bed early on a Saturday night !

Evertthing was fine except there appeared to be a somewhat disorganised breakfast system.

as above . No place to get toast, cereal fruit juice etc. including toast (open pat of butter no marmaled]ade until asked and no side place with coffer extra!

Food was good and good selection of drinks

Could not get in the carpark as it was full. Had to pay in the main council carpark for 3 days

There was not much choice for breakfast although what we did have was good. We were told that they had introduced a new menu but someone the items were not available
