Restaurant staff were very good & room staff were good

The hotel closed the pool for two whole days for so called scheduled maintenance that was not posted on any site & when my sister called and specifically asked if pool was open all week she was told definitely,otherwise front desk staff were not truthful

Gym and pool changing rooms were dirty, towels everywhere on the floor, floor flooded, Restaurant - evening meal - had to keep asking for service, wrong meal brought over, long time for replacement for one our friends, some food not available, expensive

Restaurant closed in evening & wasn’t told that . Had to eat in bar area which was small & packed with people .The only reason we stayed & ate in bar was because Ashley the barman looked after us . Ashley was amazing. Also checkout was at 12 the cleaning staff knocked on our door about 11 & asked us if we could leave so they could clean room. We were getting ready to leave but didn’t want to rush but after that felt uncomfortable so we left straight away .

Family room with 2 double beds, very comfy and clean spaces. Acess to pool, gym, spa were bonus Very nice for weekend break.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety

Everything was great my daughter loved mummy and daughter time now need to do it with my other daughter

The pool could be a bit warmer and it would of been nice to know that the restaurant wasn't open which resorted in room service as my young daughter didnt want to sit in the bar area, so this added an extra £5 to our bill for the trays

This was a reasonable place to stay and it was easy to get to. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. It is close to Bluewater which is great for a day out or for ordering food to the hotel

The shower doesn't have a proper screen and was quite frustrating for the kids to use as my youngest kept splashing the water outside. I found the restaurant menu quite limited, even the Breakfast could have been more extensive eg having fried eggs or having some dairy free yoghurt options or more drinks

The restaurant was not decorated for the valentine celebrations and that was why we lodge there.

The room, bed and the breakfast was good, but the breakfast can be better by having more kind of stuff to choose from

It was very clean. Good proximity to bluewater. Staff were friendly, and service was great. Free parking.

The bed was really springy. It was like a musical instrument every time we moved. The swimming pool was full of people most of the time. Breakfast was just ok. We have had better in other Hilton properties

Disappointing

Air Con didn’t work, wasn’t told, arrived to an oil heater plugged in and on full blast and windows kept shut for safety - when mentioned no offer of a discount for the overly hot night we had to endure

It was very tidy the staff was very kind and welcoming loved the welcome cookies!

The restaurant was not open due to not being a busy time of year which was disappointing

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed

The spa facilities were not as relaxing as I had hoped for. It may have been bad timing but the pool was full of children splashing and screaming and adults bombing into the pool. The steam room had no steam in it and the changing rooms were quite dirty with wet towels all over the floor.

Locations was key for what we wanted with safe & secure parking, at a charge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cookies were delicious & a nice touch.

Bed was quite uncomfortable / springy

The staff were absolutely incredible. Particularly Potia and Raju in the bar. We visited for an early meal with our son who has additional needs and they were beyond brilliant with him. All staff we encountered were exceptional and definitely the selling point of the entire hotel.

The pool area is a little tired, but perfectly good for a family swim.

We always have the best stay here - excellent service, super friendly staff. Very clean. The shower in the room is amazing!! Beautiful rooms, comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much
