A lot of the food felt like it had been re-heated from the day before i.e sausages and bacon.
A bar that shuts at 11 pm for guests. Toilet that didn't flush.
Room was lovely and clean, perfect for an overnight stay to be at my destination early in the morning. All facilities worked well, heating, tv and lovely hot shower
Nothing really
Bed and room so dirty old carpet, bathroom sink not working all rubbish
Friendly staff. Clean room.
No table to put stuff. only bedside table and quite small.
The hotel is clean the rooms are big and clean the showers are sports on and the location is handy for shopping train services to London.
Although the food os of good quality the prices are a bit on the expensive side
Friendly, secure and clean
Breakfast wasn’t great and could of had more drink selection at bar
Bog standard Ibis hotel room. A bit of a trek from the railway station but was quiet despite being next to the road bridge. You get exactly what you expect from a hotel like this, I had a comfortable night.Cost in advance was £16 cheaper than the posted walk in cost.
Nothing to dislike.
Hotel was very clean, staff were polite. Its a budget hotel but was good enough for a 1 night stay. Check out was 12 noon and breakfast was also served until 12, which meant no rushing
Its a bit out of the way and right next to a busy main road - that said traffic couldn't be heard from room. Breakfast quality was also budget, but there was plenty of it, and it seemed to be replenished quite frequently
The location was perfect for us Also the staff were very helpful and always on hand
The lack of pillows in the room I should have asked for another pillow
Was worried as the m25 was just outside the window but the soundproofing was amazing. Really comfortable beds.
Bathroom was a 'pod'. Clean and fine but a bit noisy
Place was clean, staff were helpful
So much noise in the corridors! You can hear everything, constantly being woken up by maids, other guests talking, even heard a gentleman snoring in his sleep next door!
Fantastic location for shopping, and connecting to places like Bluewater, London etc. Free parking. Very good customer service throughout
No fridge in the room. No desk or workstation
Staff pleasant
Sink plug broken, heater very noisy, yard outside VERY noisy. Bathroom unheated and very cold.
Bed was so comfy Slept great
Heating didn't work how ever staff gave us a portable radiator
The bed was comfy.
The shower door was very noisy, needs some wd40. Not a lot of toilet roll. Also wasn’t enough tea/ coffee & milk. And the smell wasn’t very nice coming out of the plug holes. It smelt of rotten toilet.
Very comfortable room nice breakfast dinner fine but overall good value
Location meant a taxi ride to shopping centre 10 pounds
The staff are what makes this hotel. The front desk couldn't be more helpful. The bar staff were great . Cleaning staff were amazing as well.
The service was efficient, we didn't have any problems or delays. Good shower and bed was roomy and comfortable.
Would have liked an extra cover for the bed as the duvet was quite thin. Heating was quite noisy, it woke us up coming on during the night/early morning on the first night
