evening meal was poor, over microwaved pie really hard pastry and no filling left.

Rooms were well laid out and very comfy bed

Think small tpuxhes like mini tooth brush tooth paist and get some inspo from bnbs as the smal things make a diffrence

Staff were all friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable.

I always stay here when visiting family, all staff are lovely especially Gemma she is always extremely helpful. The rooms are clean & the beds are comfortable.

key access to room. Seems to take three attempt to access the room each time. This was the same last week when I stayed here in a different room.

The reception staff are always helpful & friendly. I was in room 410, it was comfy & clean, it was everything I needed for a couple of nights stay.

The bedroom was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. We were at the end of the corridor so it was quiet. We were able to make tea and coffee in our room, and the TV was easy to use. It was only a short walk to the pub restaurant next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park had loads of spaces and it was simple to enter our car registrations at Reception so we didn't get charged.

The temperature of the room was a bit difficult to control by air con, so it's a good idea to master it before bedtime! Also check what time breakfast finishes because we missed it.

our room was clean and spacious, a large bed, big tv and complimentary hot drinks tray

it is a pity you have to exit the hotel and walk 200yds or so to the pub/restuarant for meals apart from a vending machine in reception there are no facilities in the hotel. it may seem trivial but it is not when you are disabled.

The WiFi was not connected to the internet. The twin beds were narrow. The staff could have been more welcoming. We only had one key, so one of us visiting the local shop was not an option.

I've stayed here many times, since the hotel was new.It has been maintained very well throughout.No fuss on checking in.I don't doubt that, if I had a question about the local area, any of the staff could help me out.The rooms are always clean.The beds are comfortable.The showers are hot, enough.They have a pub with food attached. (Bad breakfast though).The air conditioning is an absolute asset.Unfortunately, regular customers don't see the benefit of that when we need it!
